I really enjoy being able to support a local business. The building is not exactly very accessible, however the employees were more than willing to assist me in finding what I needed. I have also asked if I could come in to take pictures and videos of the entire store and it's selection so that I can show my partner, who relies on a wheelchair for shopping trips, the products available in the store. So while the store is not accessible in it's design, the people working there were very much willing to accommodate my needs. I was very happy to spend money in this establishment, I am absolutely thrilled with the purchases I have made! I am remodeling my bedroom to become more wheelchair accessible, and I am extremely thankful to have a store close to me which I can go to, that is NOT a Big Box Store.

Jeff and Gary hired me in 1992. I worked for them through highschool and when I went to college before I went into the United States Marine Corps. . They are honest, caring, family oriented, all around great people that I have had the opportunity to have met, worked for and later in life bought appliances from . Both hardware stores in Jamesburg are owned by magnificent families, Jamesburg Hardware and Appliance helped me pay my bills.. thank you Jeff and Gary F... Home Depot. I love you Jeff

I want to give a shout out to Jeff and everyone at Jamesburg Hardware. We purchased Hunter Douglas window coverings from them when we moved to Monroe over 5 years ago. We have always been pleased with our purchase. The window coverings work well and they are beautiful, thanks in no small part to the excellent advice we got when we purchased them. Several months ago one of our shades stopped working properly. Covid-19 and all, Jeff was able to facilitate a free repair under warranty.

The young man who waited on me was a pleasure. He served multiple customers, one right after another, and was thorough and polite to each of them. Very professional but also very pleasant and engaging.

Needed anchors for installing grab bars. Called up Jamesburg Hardware, asked if they would do curb-side pickup for 12 anchors. They did. Great service! That's why local stores are so important to us and our neighborhood.

We are selling my mother in law's house and from appliances to nuts and bolts, Jamesburg Hardware is the greatest place to shop bar none! The folks are great and if they don't have it they know where to send you.

Very helpful with a good selection of hardware. Went there to get a bunch of bolts and screws and rather than keeping track of each sku, they said to just write the qty and price for each item on a brown paper bag.
