George contacted me with an estimated arrival time by phone and arrived with 5 minutes to spare. Dressed professionally with his tools and job orders, he asked me to describe the trouble that we are experiencing. He jotted down my information and verified the maker and model of our dishwasher. He then operated the appliance and began to troubleshoot as the washer went through it’s progressions. He felt confident of his findings but contacted tech support to eventually have support confirm his findings. He looked up the part and the labor cost and informed me the cost to repair and also let me know that I would be covered for 1 year with a warranty. He was very professional and confident of his diagnosis. When I contacted Bosch I had asked for only a diagnosis of the appliance. Based on that I determined my best choice is to purchase a new replacement by Bosch. We have owned this dishwasher for quite a long time and feel that this was the first of many to come needed repairs. George represented Jersey Appliance flawlessly. Absolutely thrilled with the repair service provided for my GE induction range! I am so glad the job got passed to Jersey Appliance Inc. from GE. GE had been out three times to no avail but Sal meticulously worked through and got her to fire back up. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Sal arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and executed the repair with precision. Manny did a great job. He took the time to find the problem with our ge dishwasher. Reading GE service recommendations and then checking which part is malfunctioning. He checked each wire individually in the wiring harness. He checked board functionality with his meter. Very very thorough. We are thrilled with his service , knowledge and diligent manner. We highly recommend Manny and Jersey Appliance.

Luckily Brian came over same day as promised and was able to repair my microwave, which I insisted I should
Throw in the woods because it’s broken. Brian’s the greatest and I thank him so much. Jersey Appliance bails me out again.

GE warranty sent out a company from NY that made matters worse for my washer. I called Jersey appliance and George came out. So far he diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. The people in the office Brian and Melisa have been super helpful as well keeping me informed every step of the way. George who is very knowledgeable is heading my way today to fix the machine. So far, nothing but professionalism from this company. Would recommend.

The past few days were very hectic for me regarding getting my new GE dryer fixed. I was at the breaking point when Martha called me to make an appointment for the repair. I told her I already had an appointment for today with your company. She went out of her way to investigate what was going on and said there wasn't any appointment for me but would make sure she made an appointment ASAP. Brian was amazing!!! He was on time, throughly explained what was going on with my stove and did a fantastic job of repairing it!!! While he was here I showed him a few more appliances that need repairing and we made an appointment for him to come back to fix them. Very affordable and reliable!!! Definitely recommend Jersey Appliance!! They’re the best!!!

Communicated with me on the process, scheduling was very easy and had appointments that fit my schedule. Called the day before to confirm and the day when the technician was on the way. The technician did a great job and didn’t up sell or try to make unnecessary repairs. Was able to fix the problem.

Had an issue with an LG washer.
Contacted your company and you had Brian come out to repair it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part.After you received it Brian came back to replace the sensor which he did very efficiently.
Brian was very knowledgeable and respectful. He also worked clean and tested the washer making sure it worked correctly. I will always recommend your company for appliance repairs.

I needed my washer and my garbage disposal repaired. I called to set up an appointment, and found the people on the phone pleasant and helpful. The technician Manny came over to my house and flawlessly fixed my washing machine. He found the issue almost immediately and he even had the part in his truck. The calltaker Brian was incredible and scheduled my appointment for the very next morning, he even gave me some knowledge about what was wrong and how to prevent it!

Brian fixed 3 issues with my oven. He was on time, friendly, and professional. The major part (the blower fan) turned out to be faulty. When I called the office to report the issue the response was perfect. A quick turnaround on the service call and an unprompted statement that there would be no charge. Brian came today (on time) and quickly fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the entire process. Thanks.

Jersey Appliance was sent out for a warranty repair by the appliance store’s service center. They were easy to schedule with, came within the time frame, and the tech was knowledgeable! We would definitely use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Jersey Appliance. I had a problem with my clothes dryer and they took the time to understand what I was explaining to them what was going on with the dryer so they would know what part they would need to bring for the service call.
