What impresses me is the shop managers are friendly and helpful with their patrons as there are so many good cigars for purchase. The cigar lounge is a wonderful way to create new friendship with the cigar patrons. Clean bathroom and very comfortable chairs and two tvs for a choice of news. Since I’m Deaf, the managers were very willing to turn on the closed captioning setting on the 2 tvs for me and the patrons don’t mind it. It’s a very inclusive and friendly vibe place! The other location in Frederick is also excellent but it’s far for me. I go there to meet my Deaf friends who live in Frederick.

I am so glad I came to this cigar store, there customer service out standly great. Very help stuff and willing to answer your questions. I cannot remember his name looks in his 20s showed me around and just great. I am difficultly coming back if I am in the area. And the cigar he suggest was great one.

First time visiting this store. Very clean, a little bit on the smaller side physical space but stocked probably as well as a bigger store, without feeling stuffed or overwhelming.

I was there getting gifts for buddy and I have limited knowledge of cigars, but the employee of the evening was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. When I asked questions, he took the time to explain and when I asked for recommendations, he offered his opinion but always in a “if it were me, I’d do….” Completely appreciate this store and the employee.

I been around lounges for a long time and he engages customers with great service and keeps up with the latest in the industry. 💯

All time favorite cigar lounge! Reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff, great selection, and the whole team is great! Scott, Gunny, Keith, Jen, and the regulars including myself. Highly recommended over any other lounge in this area.

What an experience. The gentleman that helped is was definitely knowledgeable about cigars. He told us the features of any cigar we chose and he did not steer us wrong. The next time in Gaithersburg, it will definitely be a planned stop.

When I walked into Davidus I was greeted by Scott and was treated like that was the 1000th time I had walked into the store. Based on having a fun conversation about the enjoyment of cigars and the type of choice for me Scott immediately new the perfect recommendation to give and what an amazing choice. If you want to go into a store as an aficionado or have never smoked a cigar before, this location will treat you like a family member and help you enjoy the world of cigars. They will know exactly what direction to point you in. It will be a routine stop for me on my travels monthly to Washington DC.

This place has been my second home for 12 years now. I love it and the people who work there and frequent there. We have developed a family type of atmosphere there. It is great.

I don't smoke often but I am VERY opinionated about what I do smoke. These guys ALWAYS help me find a great tasting cigar for my smoking session. They are also fantastic at catering to my buddies who might be smoking a cigar for the first or second time.

I prefer the taste of a pipe, their Anniversario pipe tobacco cannot be beat! They even have a few cigars with pipe tobacco - I recently tried something with hints of bbq and hickory... delicious!

Friendly staff and good selection. I appreciate that they carry some of the boutique brands as well. My two main brands Drew Estate and Foundation are decently represented here. Have been there 3-4 times in the last 6 months, every trip has been a good experience.

The very first time I walked in knowing nothing about cigars l, to now knowing what I like and love the staff has always been top notch. They are both knowledgeable as well as personable.

Scott might be the most amazing human being I've ever come across. His knowledge is unparalleled, his demeanor is fantastic. My brother and I were newbies, and he walked us through everything with the same type of attention he would give a seasoned aficionado. Don't bother going anywhere besides here if you want a cigar. Obviously, ask for Scott.

Mentioned I was a first time customer and one of the two gentleman working escorted me personally into the lounge, asked what I was searching for, and found me the perfect fit in a split second. He hit the jackpot on what I was searching for. Very patient, helpful, and professional.

It's a good place to go to buy cigars and high end cigarettes. They ID so that review about being 18 is probably some kid complaining about not having his ID. The staff is very friendly, I've only had good experience and I don't consider my self a regular customer. I only came to check their hours and saw that review and felt the need to call out on the bs

The gentleman who helped me was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He was really down-to-earth and he helped me find exactly what I wanted. I will look forward to shopping here again and Reporting back how I enjoyed the cigars.

Great selection and very helpful. I didn't use the lounge but it looked nice and was separated well which meant you could shop the cigars without interference from smoke.
