Best Post Office I've ever been to! We, too, drive out of our way to go to this one. Our mail comes through the Spicewood Post Office but, it's not "on our way" to anywhere. Lakeway is closer to my office but they are the worst. Not freindly, very slooooow service, never pick up their phone and much mis-delivered mail when I lived in that area. The Spicewood PO does a good job of delivering our mail and when I have a question about mailing, I'll call and they pick-up immediately and provide me with a helpful answer.

Great people who work hard. It gets busy for such a small Post Office but the staff is friendly and efficient!

Friendly and fast. And it's the post office, man! What's not to love about picking up packages, or being able to send a handwritten letter to a friend for fifty cents?!

The stars are for the office staff. They’re wonderful and very helpful. Shoutout to Derek especially, who helps me frequently.Hes very good with follow though. However, I have lost packages, been unable to open a parcel locker, or had things put in the wrong place more times than I can count. And I haven’t lived in spicewood that long. Whoever is delivering mail probably needs help with our growing community (and thus package demand) because it’s getting to be a common occurrence.

I have been trying to reach this post office for an hour now, and Iget a busy signal. I am trying to track down my mail, and one post office doesn't answer....the phone just rings and rings, and this one keeps giving me a busy signal. Goodness, what does it take to reach a customer service representative at the post office. I like to think I support labor and unions, but it sure is hard to get behind the post office given the weak customer service they provide, overall. When posing a questions, it seems one has to go in person and stand in line, sometimes a long one, to get the answer. Why offer ph#s when no one will answer or if they will be continuously busy, for whatever reason, perhaps, it is just left off the hook.

It use to be amazing service, now they hold packages for a day or two. So don’t ever order something you want on time. It won’t be on time with the service now of days.

I stopped by here on my way to work to mail things because my local post office isn’t always open when I leave. The employees here have told me on two separate occasions that I should possibly change my mailing ZIP Code because they don’t get “credit“ for processing mail that it doesn’t originate in their ZIP Code. I have asked other post office is if I can mail from their locations as I am using a pre-printed label and they all tell me yes. No one else has ever given me problems. Only this location. I’m sure this is meant to deter me. Shouldn’t you take that up with USPS instead of harassing customers?

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered. The carrier said he wasn't going to displace everyone else's mail just to deliver such a big package. It's too big to fit in my car given his description of it. I can't get any help either through the seller or through the post office and apparently we can't contact the branch directly. So I guess I can't buy it online because the PO won't deliver it.

We’ve had so many problems with not receiving our mail. We have had numerous conversations with the “post master”, but he is clueless. He literally just got an attitude toward me, because he can’t understand there are two mailboxes on the property (one which he encouraged us to put up) one for my mail and one for all other mail. I stormed out without any help.
