I bought 2 bottles on a trip to Maine at a roadside flea market. We got to meet some of the family that ran the sugar shack. I grew up tapping trees in New Hampshire. When opened the syrup for a Blueberry pancake/Birthday dinner. It was the best maple syrup I have ever tasted. We used an entire large bottle of syrup on our Jersey blueberry pancakes.
