You know Everytime you go into a gas, store they ask you are you a member? Well I decided to become a member of Casey's because they have both E-10 and Real Gas. They have a kitchen if your hungry, they have This machine that you can choose a flavor of lemonade that is slushy and in this 🔥 hot weather and no air conditioning in my car I needed it lololol

This store was recently remodeled. They now have an area where you can order sandwiches and pizza.

This store has came along way from where it was. The new management rocks shes always there and is so friendly. You got my business 👍 Keep up the good work

If it wasn't for the one older lady with black hair who is the cashier being so nice I would have given this three stars but tonight was uncalled for and also it probably should have happened so that y'all can fix this problem. You need to put a sign above the sauce dippers that says it is 75 cents so that's clearly stated so people do not think that they can take it for free. I had the worker come from behind the kitchen to come all the way to the counter where are the sauces were just to tell me that they were not free because he assumed I was going to take it. I got a piece of slice out of the warmer got some napkins and some Parmesan and walked over to the counter and grabbed a garlic Parmesan sauce and put it on the counter next to my slice of pizza. I CAN UNDERSTAND IF I HAD PUT IT IN MY POCKET BUT I DIDN'T. HE ASSUMED THEN I SAID I DON'T ASSUME ANYTHING IS FREE. HE SAID WELL A LOT OF PEOPLE DO. HE THEN TRIED TO CENSOR MY REACTION AND WAS LIKE DON'T BE OFFENDED. MY SISTER JUST DIED AND I DON'T NEED TO BE HASSLED! STAY IN THE KITCHEN. AND PLEASE CASEY'S PUT A SIGN WITH THE PRICE ABOVE THE SAUCES. PROBLEM SOLVED! THANKS

Decent convenient store. This location is open 24 hours unlike most of the others I've been to.

The checker Trey was infantile, disrespectful, lacked customer service ethics, and all around unprofessional when I visited the store late afternoon 1/25/24.
He didn't ask my rewards status, he intentionally near didn't state my total, but finally did.
He purposely didn't thank me after my transaction. His customer service was zero stars but rating system requires to give at least one star.
The other two stars are because I like the company and their selections.
I will stay away from this location altogether for awhile.

Never has any Pepsi product in the fountain drinks. 90% of the time it's diet or dr pepper. It's always like a box of chocolate. Never know which flavor your going to get.

I go here because it's across the street. But I have never dreaded going to a convenience store like I do this one. Prime example of why: I just went there to buy 2 scratchers (bingo and crossword) and I guess the crossword was jammed or something. The cashier was some pregnant black girl without a name tag and she said she didn't know where the keys were to open it. So I said, "OK well is there someone who does?" And she said "Yes but she's outside." I saw her talking to someone outside. I was like, "I'm gonna go get her" and the no name tag cashier goes, "She's busy. That's why I'm watching her register." So I said I'd wait and she proceeded to help the last couple people behind me. And so I noticed the lady outside was done talking and standing alone smoking so I went out and asked her if she knew where the keys to the scratchers were. She was very nice and came in and told the no name tag girl they're hanging where it says lottery. But then she just ended up getting them herself because for some reason the no name tag girl was just not trying to help me whatsoever. She even tried to tell the smoking girl to finish her cigarette as opposed to helping me. What kind of customer service is that? So are you telling me you can never sell crossword scratchers again because they're jammed? What if your receipt paper was jammed? Wouldn't you just open it up and unjam it? The no name tag cashier lady is like soo many others that I see nowadays. Everyone is just all too happy to tell customers no. Like their lives must be so pathetic that they take pleasure in being the barer of disappointing news. This no name tag girl was straight up rude and needs to be fired. But unfortunately she isn't the only one by any means. Misery loves company so it wouldn't surprise me if the manager took this girls side over a paying every day customer's.

This place is a ripoff. They charged me $3.09.9 for Diesel and they are advertising $2.99. They won’t advertise their sign. If it’s broken, turn it off!! Don’t just trick people into paying too much for gas.
