I stopped by to ask a question about using an international SIM card on my iPhone 12. John was fabulously knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and transferred my regular number to an eSIM so that I could use the other SIM card in the physical SIM slot. Great service!

These guys are amazing! I have gone in on several occasions, to upgrade my phone and also when I had a technical issue. Both times John has gone above and beyond. He helped me setup my new phone, explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all and any questions. When I went in recently with a service issue he was so helpful and fixed it right away. It is an absolute pleasure going into this store! Thank you guys for being awesome!

Very professional and personable service. I've had the pleasure of dealing with many of the employees here and they all have your best interest at heart, not necessarily the best interest of their own wallets. Their philosophy is to find how to make your experience better so that you will seek out their positivity for any future wireless needs. They looked at my family plan, which hadn't been adjusted in years, and were able to offer a full unlimited plan while simultaneously lowering the monthly cost. Never tried to upsell or pressure me into a device I didn't need or want. Speak to Schuyler, Joe, Nick, Alex, or anyone else who may be on shift. Never dealing with a corporate store again.

I've had some less than great experiences in the past when shopping for a cell phone. Then I discovered this store. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a staff member to help me. The employees are very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. When I needed to call Verizon Customer Service about my new phone, I wasn't sure I'd be able to explain the problem accurately. When I told the manager, John Nieves, this, he actually called them for me and described what was going on. I've been in a number of times now, buying two phones, troubleshooting, and buying equipment. Each time it's been an easy, pleasant experience.

Everyone greets you when you walk in, unlike other Verizon stores in the area. Customer service is excellent, workers are patient and kind, especially Nicholas. I recommended him to a friend and she was very happy with her experience as well.

I went to the store today an hour before they closed and had such a fantastic experience. My phone stopped working and after being so frustrated with apple. I went to the new Verizon store in hopewell and Schuyler and Nicolas were amazing. They explained my plan. Showed me how it was better for me to upgrade then try to repair my phone. They gave me a price and at the end it was still the same price. They helped me transfer my information to my new phone and gave me the package and shipping label to send my old phone in. The service was great and the store is immaculate. Anyone who needs Verizon help should go here for excellent service!!!

This is now my go-to store. Had a problem with a phone and brought it to a different store and was met with someone who told me to just call the customer service number. Long story short, I decided to go to this new store to see if I could get help. Giovanni helped me get my phone up and running in minutes. He and his staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had agreed to go through the store for a screen replacement but they saved me money by having me go through the insurance I have on the phone. I didn’t even know that was an option. They did everything they could to transfer info from the damaged phone to the new one. I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend these guys and will use this store as my home store in the future

Joe V. was awesome. He dealt with our 4 phone transfer, from a not so helpful 'other' provider, with patience and skill. Although complicated, he made the transaction easy and we never got the usual double talk nonesense that seemed to be the norm at the 'other' company. One business user, one adult personal user and two demanding teenage users were all happy when they left. Wish this happened more often at home!!!??? We are all enjoying the superior coverage Verizon provides too.

Easily the best Verizon I have ever been to!

I have been using Verizon for over 14 years now, and this store is hands down the best! I always use to dread going into a store for an upgrade but these employees get you in and out efficiently and are always respectful to everyone entering the store! Even after purchasing the phone and accessories, I continue to go back for any new accessories, such as new phone cases, as they treat you right here! Highly recommend!

Great store! It was the last day of a sale and I was unable to get back in town till after they were supposed to be closed Schuyler the manager was so great he agreed to stay open until I arrived and Nicolas was so patient with my indecisive children figuring out which color they wanted and helping them set up the phones. They stayed open over an hour late for us! This is the reason I shop the privately owned Verizon stores great customer service and personalized care!

After dealing with another local Authorized Dealer, I swore off them and only purchased from corporate-owned stores. But with the reviews this store is getting, I figured I'd try them out with a purchase of a new phone. What a pleasure! Straight talk. No sleaziness. No upcharges for BS. And the best thing of all... I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Of course, as this place catches on, wait times are bound to increase... but right now... it's an added bonus.

Fantastic service and close to home. This Verizon store is guys impressive, and I cannot thank them enough for all their help. Not only is their service amazing you can run next door and grab a coffee. If your time is valuable, then don't waste your time going anywhere else. Trust me... I have spent hundreds of WASTED hours as a consumer and business customer with other Verizon Wireless reps and store, and this team has saved me a ton of time and relieved me of frustration... and that is Priceless. Dealing with mobile carrier issues is a first world champaign problem, I know, but we can use the saved time to pay it forward in other areas of life.

So happy there is finally a Verizon in this area. My husbands phone broke and we decided to check them out. So glad we did. The owners were extremely helpful. They didnt push things we didnt need or try to persuade us to buy things they had on sale. I had 3 kids with me. They were conscious of time as kids get bored very quickly! There was no wait. Overall the best experience I have had at Verizon! I usually leave very frustrated but not here! Highly recommend!

what great people, 100x better than our last phone store experiences. Staff was able to fix an account problem we had for three years that nobody despite many hours at AT&T and the Apple store was able to to do. We will go nowhere else from here on out.

Luis and his team are always ready to help and fix any issue I've had. I won't go anywhere else. They are honest, knowledgeable and willing to help. Those are qualities you have a hard time finding these days! Thank you for all you do!
