The response time is great...they came over in the evening hours and provided me affordable and emergency service. The crew found a dead squirrel in my chimney...After hours of dark smoke and worry, we were reliefed to find out what was wrong. Minister's crew got straight to work and completely cleaned out my chimney. It is now working properly. I recommend this company because they were really prompt and trustworthy, not to mention affordable. I plan on having the crew back for other pertinent and much needed repairs and projects. Again, thank you very much for taking the time out to help me ...when other companies wanted to make us wait for days even weeks before performing a quick chimney sweep, your crew came over right away and problem solved.
