I went to Pheasant Ridge and I could not be happier with the service I received. Dean, the owner, is personable and his knowledge was key in selecting the right product for my needs. The store is well stocked, which at this moment in time is saying something, and the inventory is fantastic in its variety. Can’t really see myself needing to “shop around” in the future.

Overall fantastic experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Just moved back to MA after 8 years of moving around in the military. It’s great seeing a successful veteran owned business and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Great local firearms and ammo store. The owner Dean helped me out, supplied me with the firearm I was looking for at other stores. Very personable and friendly. Have gone to him multiple times over the past 3 months and he remembers me and greets me by first name. I refer his store to anyone looking for firearms and ammo at a competitive price.

In the recent market it has been tough to find both guns and ammo, but pheasant ridge has both. Great shop, friendly owner, and most of all, great selection of ammo and firearms. Dean is helpful with any and all questions. Gave me his personal phone number to contact him if I had any questions about inventory, etc. would recommend this shop to anyone.

Dean is great, hard working and cares about the customer. He knows and loves guns and his prices are fair. Pheasant Ridge is not a box store or Amazon. It’s the type of place you build a trusting relationship with the owner. Support your local business.

I’m not sure what all the hubbub is about. I dealt directly with Dean the owner. At first he seamed a little guarded, but after talking to him you can tell he cares about his customers and the industry. I think you guys should give this place a second look. He gave me an incredible deal on my Sub 2000.

These guys were great!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what I needed. While most gun shops are over priced, low on inventory and price gauging on ammo, pheasant ridge was priced fairly and very well stocked. Thank you for a great experience!

I have purchased several firearms and accessories from Pheasant Ridge and I have been beyond satisfied with the service that I have received as the owner Dean is very polite and knowledgeable. The fine quality of the firearms I have purchased has left little to be desired!

Not sure why so much negative feed back. I live locally and shop here pretty regularly. They're convenient and the staff and owner have always been very friendly and helpful. I've recommended them before, and will again.
