Emailed their sales department Wednesday asking about getting red mulch. Was told that they do not make red mulch even though their website says they do. Got an email back Thursday letting me know that they did in fact have red mulch made and they let me know prices. I called in Thursday afternoon to make sure they would be in Friday(Good Friday). I was told that they would be in and that there was a minimum purchase amount of 4 yards on the red mulch. I let them know that was fine as I would require about 6.

Went in Friday morning with my vehicle and trailer but unfortunately my trailer would only hold about 2 yards. So I offered to pay for the 6 yards up front and would come back for the rest that day. They refused to allow me to purchase any red whatsoever, stating that the minimum amount I could get was 4 yards at a time even though the man at the desk told me they had a bucket which held 2 yards (after telling me the reason they couldn't do less than 4 was because the loader they were using had a 4 yd bucket).

I found this whole situation ridiculous and they were completely unwilling to work with me in any way. (Except to tell me they would deliver it for a $30 fee)

These guys set up a logging yard on a 110 acre lot 100 feet from my front door. The 5:30am start time for Christmas week was obnoxious. The trailer trucks blocking my driveway was also pretty inconsiderate. They also did not bother obtaining a permit from the county. Logging and hogging at its finest.
