Steve from the portsmouth location came to my salon and helped me out with my computers being slow and helped me with figuring out how to set up my printer issues too! I am so grateful for this business! Tricia the owner is also a really awesome person to know and she sent us one of her best guys! thanks so much :)

Go here for all your repair needs! The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive and thorough - I brought in my business MacBook Pro after spilling a full energy drink on the keyboard and they managed to get it cleaned and back up and running. I honestly thought it was a lost cause, but Britton is magic! Can not recommend enough, 5 stars all day long.

I am very happy with the support Steve gave me. I had a corrupt pst file and had next to no hope to have access to my emails. He patiently worked through the issue and I now have a full recovery of my files.

They did a great job rearranging all the various electronics in my home office. It took a while but Eli worked hard and didn't waste time. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Before he left they made sure everything worked. I was very happy with the service.

Took my 2+ yr old laptop in for service due to some "bugs", and of course worried it wouldn't be fixable, I'll lose info, have to replace, etc., etc.
But, they fixed it, and Eli clearly explained the problem and what they did to address. I'm very non-tech, but he was very patient with my many questions. Very courteous and professional. Thanks Nerds, I'm very pleased with them, will stay with them for any services needed!

As a repeat customer, I came back with a hardware glitch in my Laptop on/off switch. Dropped the unit off Monday 0900. At 1400 received call from Tricia saying operation restored and come pick up. Be it a good heart or sound business smarts, I came in to find the repair covered complements of the house. I would have been happy with the Laptop working and paid.The kind consideration was most thoughtful though, and deserving on mention. I was having trouble with my iPad, and Bernie and Eli came to my house to fix it. They recovered my Wi-Fi password, regenerated my xfinity password, and got my iPad back online. I’m pretty computer illiterate so I was very happy to have them come over. They did a wonderful job and made the whole visit fun. I also wondered if I needed a new desktop computer, but Bernie thought that I didn’t need a new one since I use it only for paying bills. I thought he was very honest about it because he could have easily sold me another. I highly recommend them as well as Nerds To Go in general.

All my devices had been hacked through Facebook. It was terrifying and I was afraid I would lose everything. Took them to Nerds to Go on North Hampton. Steve worked his magic and saved everything. 😀👏

Brought a corrupted Mac book to Eli at the Hampton Nerds To Go location and he cleaned it right up: wiped the hard drive, reinstalled the OS, and installed a virus protection. Friendly, fast service. Will go here for all computer issues!

N Hampton NerdsToGo is amazing! Emailed Tricia, about printer issue that I needed help with, they responded with a technician in a couple of hours. Anuar was friendly, professional and technically astute. He resolved my issue in a few minutes giving what I needed to fix the problem.
