Nice people! Great steamed shrimp with seasoning! I’m a person who disliked eating shrimp unless it was breaded. Their seasoned steam shrimp will change your mind! They also have all types of peanuts and different seasonings/sauces/snacks/souvenirs/fishing gear. Get the butter toffee peanuts and chocolate covered peanuts! They also recommended the sea salt peanuts and jalapeño peanuts!

What a great place. The guy working was super nice and answered our silly questions and gave some great opinions on what to get. I would 100% come back and next time I’ll get something other than just shrimp.

Wow!!! What an awesome place. I got the last Cobia they had and it was delicious!!! I also got 20lbs of fresh shrimp at their amazing prices and I’m so happy with the quality of them. To beat it all, I made a mistake when ordering the blue crabs, but they made it right with no questions asked. When ordering, I asked for the blue crab price and the guy said $30 for a dozen. Not thinking, I said I’ll take 30, meaning $30 worth, but of course, the guy thought I meant 30 crabs. When I went back to inquire about my charge, without hesitation, the guy understood my mistake and refunded me the amount I asked for even though it was my mistake!!! There are details I’m leaving out because I don’t want anyone to take these people for granted, but I just had to share how wonderful these people are!! Awesome, outstanding place and I will never buy seafood at the outer banks from anyone else!!!! Incredible service and I wish I could give more stars!!!

Great fresh seafood. We got the middle neck clams as well as flounder! Absolutely delish. Took them home and put it all on the grill. Yum!!

I get all my oysters and tuna from this market. LOCALLY SOURCED. They're pretty diverse in their seafood selection as well. Never had an issue with quality and the guys are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Usually the best prices for the freshness. Try these guys first before you hit up any other place in the OBX.

This is the first place I have ever seen that lets you watch as blue crabs shed their shells. The soft shell crabs weren't cleaned until we bought them, so they are ultra-fresh. Troy Outland, owner, provides saeafood thas t is ultra-fresh and cook up to taste delicious.

Nice little sandwich and breakfast place located in the back corner of the gas station - or is it a gem of a restaurant that happens to have a gas station? I'll let you decide, but you have to try it! With the variety of sandwiches, specials and even breakfast and pizza, you can't go wrong! Prices are better than most fast food places, the food is tasty and the portions are plenty.

Great selection of fresh seafood and assorted other items for cooking. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and service was quick.

We found this seafood store on vacation last year and the staff was friendly and helpful. The seafood was reasonable priced and so delicious. This market has become our first stop on vacation for all of our seafood. We love it and look forward to our visits in the future.

Friendly employees, and incredible sea food. I have been coming here for the last several years when visiting Nags Head. We have had swordfish, mahi, tuna, shrimp, etc. Everything has been great. If you don't know much about seasoning seafood, they also have some of the best pre-mixed seasonings out there and are happy to offer recommendations based on your planned meal. If they are open, start there. 👍👍

The smoked salmon and tuna are fantastic, and the owner and his staff are very helpful. The prices were extremely fair and all of the seafood we bought (and we bought a lot) was very good and fresh. Can't say enough nice things about this fresh catch shop.

Great shop! Their freshly smoked tuna is delish. The very friendly attendant was able to steam & season some shrimp right there - some of the best we’ve ever had!

Dang I was going to stop when I saw that sign that read "shrimp $4.99 lb" but wife said we had plans for dinner already

My wife and I were out exploring and saw Outland Seafood. Very Pleasent young man working as he was both friendly & helpful. Bought the grouper fillets and soft crabs. Quality product and reasonable priced. Oysters were limited as they are currently difficult to get. Big selection of seafood condiements and other seafood. Would recommend you stop in and check them out.

Excellent seafood and great customer service. Would highly recommend. Ordered hard shell crabs and shrimp while staying on the Island in Salvo and also to travel home with. The owner was extremely helpful with packaging and care for travel. Went back twice while staying on the Island. The shrimp were of the best quality. Ordered 6 pound of the jumbo while staying in Salvo and ordered 8 pound to go home with. Same with hard shell crabs... Can’t say enough about this great seafood business. Thank you again for all the helpful advice. See you next year for sure.
