My favorite dealers, Greg and Jimmy, are personable, trustworthy, and outright super nice guys. I felt like they had my best interest from the start. This is one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Went in to Hampton Ford Hyundai to check out a Mustang GT near closing time Friday evening. My entire experience with Jimmy was great. Jimmy allowed me to test drive the car and stayed after hours to discuss my options and trade in details. He allowed me a few nights to consider the numbers and I didn’t feel any pressure at all during my entire experience.

Jimmy in sales and Kevin on the financing side made the experience really comfortable and easy and I would recommend Hampton Ford Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car. My favorite part of this whole experience was chatting it up with Jimmy and Greg about performance cars they’re just great people to talk to.

I had the best experience working with Greg. I went into the dealership with 3 cars in mind that were in my budget and, according to the website, in inventory at their dealership. Greg looked at all 3 listings. Two were on the lot and one had been loaned out for the day. He had me test drive the 2 he had. When I told him I liked one of the cars but would really like to see the 3rd, he said no problem. The car is due back in a day and I’ll call you immediately and have you test drive it. True to his word he called me within a day. I went over to test drive it. He had it all cleaned, gassed up and warming up when I arrived. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Bought it right then and there. He had me pick the car up the following day so I could get the insurance switched over and he had it thoroughly cleaned again!

As if all that wasn’t amazing enough, I called him about 10 days later because I was afraid there was something wrong with the brakes. He told me to bring it in for them to look at. Brought it in he had multiple technicians look at it, test drive it and inspect it. All was ok and it was just due to the freezing cold temps we had had.

I really appreciated that he showed me all 3 cars I was interested in and was knowledgeable about all of them. He didn’t try to sell me something more expensive or out of my price range. He respected that I had a budget and helped me get into a car I love and staying in budget.

He is so friendly and easy to work with and really made the whole experience a relaxed and easy one.

My husband just purchased a new Santa Fe and his experience was top notch. I leased a Santa Fe 5 years ago and enjoyed my experience and I have highly recommended Hampton Ford. When my husband told me the sales guy remembered me for 5 years ago, I laughed and said sure he did. My husband than told me the sales guy remembered we were picking up the Santa Fe and then heading to the beach for the day. 5 years later and he remembered little details! Excellent customer service!
This dealership is different from any other one I have been to. They are not greedy, they do not make you feel pressured to buy or to feel like you are being cheated! We will forever be repeat customers!!

The staff at Hampton Ford Hyundai is extremely helpful and accommodating! Dean the sales manager was my first point off contact. As I had a busy work schedule he worked out all of the financial details of the trade in and purchase via text, so I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kevin Sweeney, who was the salesman to assist in the purchase of the vehicle. I had traveled just over two hours, so Kevin worked quickly to get me everything I needed and I was able to get back on the road in time to not hit heavy traffic. Overall the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable of their inventory, great experience.
