I called and was placed on the schedule the very next day. Dan came out at the time he said he would and he knew exactly what was wrong with my washing machine. He fixed what he could with the parts he had in his truck and let me know that another part was on backorder. He explained everything to me so I understood what was broken and what it took to fix it. He will be coming back shortly as soon as the backordered part comes in. I was very satisfied with the service and I will definitely call him again for any appliance repair I need in the future. I definitely recommend this service.
