This company is Top Notch. The communication was great! The inspection they did for us was well executed and well written up for us to understand. These guys really know what they are doing. Every question I asked they were able to answer right away or found the answer for me.

Mr.Taylor was very responsive and professional! I had tons of questions and he patiently answered them all. The inspection was thorough and organized in such a way that it was easy to understand the priority needs of the home. If I ever purchase another house, he’s the guy I’m calling!

John is a prime example of what a home inspector should be! He went above and beyond for our home inspection for two different homes in which dictated the one that we ended up going with. One was riddled with issues that he meticulously noted throughout his 90 page report, and the other home was mainly cosmetic issues, but he still noted every single item. John is a respectable contractor and shows that he knows his field very well. I highly recommend that if you live in the areas that he services in and you are needing an inspection, hire John; you won’t be disappointed.

This is a late review but definitely much needed! Mr. Taylor had a heart of gold and he is extremely knowledgeable! He pays attention to every detail and he is willing to go above and beyond! We had some issues that caused him to go back to the home a few times and he did it without complaint! He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand being a new home owner and he put all my fears at ease. He is very professional and exceeded all my expectations. My realtor was very pleased with his services and how well written and organized his report was. He is an all around stand up person and I am very blessed to have worked with him. I encourage anyone who is in need of services he offers to hire him because he does excellent work!

John Taylor went above and beyond with my inspection. As a first time buyer, I nervous if anything would be overlooked. John did a very thorough inspection and looked in areas that I didn’t even think of. He provided insight on any issues with the home and recommendations. What sets him apart from other Inspectors is the walk thru he does with the Clients after his on site inspection . John was such a big help. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and he was out inspecting our future home the next day! The inspection was well worth the money and saved us from some big safety concerns.

Friendly, thorough, and always quick to respond. From the first point of contact to inspection day, I knew exactly where we were in the process. John provided frequent updates and kept me in the loop through the whole process.
