They were kind and honest. They listened to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. I appreciate them as they fixed an issue I didn't even go in for. I was only scheduled for an oil change and they fixed my loose heat shields that were rattling annoyingly. Thank you! See you again soon!

Chilson's has serviced my low mileage 2013 Jaguar 2x; recently I have relocated to Citrus County. On each occasion I was advised of the repairs needed and provided with an itemized invoice. My vehicle now runs perfectly similar to newer days as I am the original owner. I am so very pleased with the very qualified Jaguar mechanic; the honesty and services provided; feel very confident my car will be always in good hands for continued maintenance as needed. Charges were very reasonable.

After hearing the ad on radio for several years< I finally made an appointment to have several major repairs done to an abused SUV.
Working with Cindy was great. We got all the paperwork done and
I met Charlie, who explained what repairs were needed. Then I met the
mechanic who would do the job. Very pleased with the cast, but the
great part was the estimate. A lot lower than what I expected from my
experience with those national brand folks. If your vehicle needs expert
care, take the beautiful drive to Floral City and Chilson's Garage. You will
be very happy. I was.

Both my neighbors encouraged me to trust Chilson’s for servicing my new Audi, in lieu of making the drive down to Wesley Chapel. While I was a bit skeptical at first because the car remains under warranty, after I talked with Charlie and Cindy I knew my concerns were unfounded. They performed my routine oil change quickly, professionally and at a great price. I’ll also be coming back with both our cars in for service!

Just moved to the area and was worried about finding a great shop for my Audi A6. Based on their web site, which indicated a lot of expertise with Audi and other foreign brands I took my car there. I thought they were outstanding! Very friendly, knowledgeable people, and I feel 100% comfortable trusting them with my Audi going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Chilson's Garage!

Charlie and his staff did a great job on my F150. They exceeded my expectations.They are honest, fair and reliable and they always stand behind their work. There is always a wholesome Christian atmosphere to be found there. I look forward to my next visit.

I really appreciate Chilson's they went above and beyond to help with my sisters mini Cooper when I could not find anyone else local to work on it. They're very helpful.

About two years ago, my wife's fairly new luxury car received a recall notice. I took the car to the dealer to make the repairs concerning the recall. The shop foreman called and informed me the recall was taken care of but their were some other items that needed to be repaired. He then proceeded to reel off approximately $3000. worth of maintenance repairs that were necessary to keep the vehicle running. I said no and picked the vehicle up. I proceeded directly to Chilson's and had him check out the vehicle. He said I could use an oil change and lube job. I told him to go ahead and the bill was less than one hundred dollars.
We have had no problems since with this vehicle. He now services both my vehicles. I wish he also worked on motorcycles!

Too many times, as a single woman, I take in my car to be worked on and pray that I'm not getting taken advantage of. Here at Chilson's that has never been the case. They take the time to explain in layman's terms what is wrong and how much it is going to cost, and they also point out things that are about to be in need of replacement in order to avoid a bigger cost later on. I've had Chilson's work on both cars that I've owned, a Grand Prix and a Subaru. Both foreign and domestic, no matter, Chilson's has certified mechanics who can address whatever the problem may be. They aren't the cheapest around, but trust me, you always get what you pay for. I've had plenty of bad experiences with other shops who weren't as qualified as Chilson's. I'm glad that they are friendly, honest, and especially competent. Thank you for always being there for me. As a 13 year customer, I know good service when I get it.

Got my 2006 Saab 93 checked up last week. Found that I had sway bar links loose and some brake maintenance needed. Charlie and his team got my car in and out quickly and for a great price. They offer BG Oil! While I was there I also had my fuel system and induction system cleaned. This place is the only place I trust to work on my European Cars.

They do a great job on my oil change. Got a huge discount using Groupon for a full synthetic oil change, they also have a discount for not full synthetic as well.
