Awesome hobby shop! Owner and his parents are all very nice people. Staff is very knowledgeable not to mention other patrons are more than willing to impart their knowledge of model building upon you. Slot car track that can be rented by the hour. Is or was the HQ and meeting place of the Billy Mitchel Model Club.

Wow!!! What an amazing store!! Great prices! The lady at the checkout was extremely nice. I highly recommend stopping in the store there is no other hobby shop like this around. I’m from Chicago and I will definitely be coming back many more times just to come here.

Absolutely a gem find of a hobby store. Great selection of die cast and models everything galore. I have not seen one this good in a long time. I loved the road race set stuff too, and the window display was very nice. They have a nice track set up as well. This was worth the trip to Milwaukee.

Went in for paint for a metal project I was working on. Had what I needed and honestly referred me to a oaibt store because it would cost more to buy the amount I needed there. I elected to buy there for there honesty and I found a few thing I could adapt for my fairy garden. Win win. Owners were great. Love small businesses. They're customer oriented!

Best hobby shop bar none!! Always the newest model kits and just a one stop shop for all your modeling supplies! I travel from Illinois to do my hobby shopping because I know they have everything I need and won't find at stores like Hobby Lobby! Always a great experience!!! Family owned and operated for several decades!!!

Nice ma & pop model and diecast store. One wall of the store is all plastic models. About 1/2 is die cast and the rest is rockets, trains, and hobby supplies. Good selection of aircraft compared to other hobby stores, including some out of print kits.

I love this place, I've been going there for years to get all kinds of parts. One of the only places for models that I have seen where you can buy a distributor with spark plug wires. Id you need anything that you are having trouble locating for a model, take a look. They are open from 9-5 mon.-fri. Masks are optional.

If you are into or collect diecast cars, you need to go to Model Empire. They have a FANTASTIC selection of models (mainly 1:18). They do have other hobby items as well such as trains and model kits.

I just got back into modeling and needed some advice on painting. Alex was a huge help with deciding if acrylic or enamel was right for me. It's definitely a place where they want you to be satisfied with your purchase - they're not going to upsell you on something just because it's more expensive. I will absolutely be coming back when I need more help or supplies!

The biggest collection of still sealed, discontinued models I've ever seen. This business has been successful for a long time, with a mail order service that I'm guessing is a big part of their revenue. Being at the actual store is like going to a museum for gear heads. Huge variety of (everything in various scales) die-casts, models (in the box and assembled), slot cars, tracks & supplies, trains, rockets, paint and assembly supplies, vintage military models, some arts & crafts projects. They have a fun little carrera track set up and host racing Tuesday nights. Service can be spotty, it seems at times the staff is doing their best just to keep up with displaying the new inventory constantly coming in!

Nice little shop in West Allis run by experienced wife and husband. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Wonderful quality merchandise to power your modeling passion.

Great place for the hobbist. Everything from plastic models of cars, trucks, aircraft, and ships. To die cast 1:18 scale vehicles, electric trains of different scales, to all kinds of model accessories. You can spend hours here, letting your imagination run wild.

This store is the best if your into hobby things they have everything you need. A must go people very nice
