I went by this location to fax a 6 page fax and interacted with the franchise owner. She gave me amazing customer service and was also a nice person. I will definitely go there again.

This is absolutely the best, friendliest, and most helpful UPS store location. I live closer to another one, but I drive a little further to go to this location. Always will.

I visit daily, everyone who works at this location is professional, kind and helping! Great staff!

as a graphic designer and business owner, i’ve been to many ups stores in my day.. this is by far the best one i’ve ever been to. chris and his team know you by name and are always ready to help. their printing is the fastest i’ve ever worked with, and returns are always a breeze. can’t say enough good things about the team and service of this store!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Justin on various custom print and shipment jobs while visiting Alys Beach for work. They were the most professional and attentive UPS Store team members I've encountered in my travels. They consistently communicated the status and roadblocks of my project while also working with me to thoroughly explain potential solutions. When things didn't go as planned, they even followed up via phone to see if there was anything else they could do to assist in ensuring I was a happy customer! Since moving up here from Tampa, I’ve discovered things love a bit more slow around here, especially USPS. So I made a switch to UPS. This branch is down the street from me and they’re super awesome. After only a few visits everyone knew my name and it has a homey feel to it. Emily is absolutely phenomenal at the front and gets me in and out in a timely fashion. She is fantastic, heck everyone there is; I just suck at remembering names lol!

Best UPS store in the country! Every time I walk in, everyone is extremely kind and helpful! I never have to wait for more than 60 seconds, even when there’s a line. I used to dread going to UPS back in ATL. It was always so daunting. Today, I had the hardest time getting my return label to load on my phone (Verizon issue) and Brandey was so patient and helpful. I always have the best experience here. Thank y’all for being so wonderful!

I’ve been a customer at this UPS store since it’s inception. The staff are absolutely the best out there! They have gone far above the call of duty for me in the past by offering to take even their own personal time to help me with a project. They have always had everything ready and on time as promised, perfectly written out and since I also pick up our church bulletins every Saturday for Sunday mornings, they have always been on time and have NEVER had a typo , EVER!!! I’ve never ever encountered that with any other company before! That’s pretty amazing!!! They always greet you with a smile and act as if they are truly happy to see you. They remember things going on in your life and ask you about them and how it’s going. The not only are a sincere asset to UPS but to our entire community!!! If you haven’t yet been to this UPS branch, you owe it to yourself to go and don’t be surprised if it becomes your new exclusive pack/ship/print/everything store!

Great store! Plenty of staff, very friendly and helpful. We've sent a few packages, but Chris was especially helpful as we printed a few pictures of our granddaughter there recently. All we had to do was email the photos to them, and he printed them in the sizes we requested. Will definitely keep going to this store.

Brandy and Chris are extremely helpful and life savers! I had a time sensitive project for work that needed to be overnighted and other UPS stores couldn't (or wouldn't) work with me, I called this store in desperation for help, and Brandy was very patient hearing what I needed and got it done! I walked in and it was all ready to go! All the staff is extremely friendly, I will never go to another UPS again! My husband uses UPS very frequently and says the same thing about how amazing this store is!

Chris Dance, is an amazing person! He overseen every part of a special delivery package giving peace of mind. UPS is lucky to have such an honorable and outstanding individual working for them.

This store is a great resource for many things - especially if you're nearby on vacation and need to print a document. That happened to me. My family was enjoying a vacation and we were staying in Alys Beach. Long story short, I emailed my documents to this UPS store and they printed them off in a matter of seconds. The service was very friendly too.

They are the best!! My family is on vacation and my son’s college class started and we needed his syllabus printed out. I called mere minutes before they closed and he let me come anyway! It was a HUGE help!! Customer service was outstanding!! They helped us out in a pinch and I’m very grateful!!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location. They are the nicest, friendliest, most patient people on the planet. The owner has a done a fantastic job of hiring, training, and retaining a fantastic group of people.

The employees and customer service at this UPS store is the best I have ever had. They printed lost pet fliers for us and even put one in their store. i will continue to do all my mailing at this location and highly recommend to anyone in this area

The BEST UPS store EVER!!! We recently moved here from Atlanta and have had to ship several things. Everyone who works there is so nice!!! They are extremely helpful. Amazing customer service. It’s so refreshing.
