I have been dealing with Thomassen Beauty Supply for about 10 years now and I can honestly say it's the best Beauty Supply around. The staff is always friendly and professional, my order arrives the day after it was placed and a couple of times, in a pinch, they have personally delivered my supplies. They are always offering education and if you have a question or challenge with a product, you are speaking to a representative of the manufacturers immediately. Thomassen is truly a class act and they will always have my business.

I have been doing business with Thomassen Beauty Supply for 11 years now. They have a knowledgeable staff and wonderful customer service. They areally always helpful and kind. Shipping is only 1 business day and the shipping department has never failed me in all these years. I would rather purchase my products from them than the big corporate beauty supply stores!!

I love this place! I use the products they sell which makes it easy to shop. They are very helpful and it’s always great service. You do have to be a licensed hairdresser to shop there. It’s just a good experience every time I go it’s easy. Give them a try 😀

Can we say....rude? Probably one of the worst instances of customer service I've ever received. I haven't a clue who these people think they are. They just lost out on literally thousands of dollars in business from me due to how insanely rude staff is.

Called about purchasing a product. I was told they only sell to "professionals." I asked for who they sold to in my area, about an hour and a half from her shop. She said, "no one." I guess I have to buy on-line. Very unhelpful and rude.
