Simply Tees was so wonderful to work with! Our rep Jesi was so fast to reply and has exceptional customer service skills! Our custom shirt order arrived fast and was at a great price point! The shirts turned out SO cute and are so soft! We look forward to doing work with them in the future!

Great local business that offers TONS of cute tee designs! We used Simply Tees for all of our personalized and matching tees for our Spring Break Disney Trip and they turned out so cute! They use Bella Canvas tees so they are super soft and flattering on all sizes. We will definitely use them again.

REVISED: The owner responded and it does show that someone is using their Image and likeness and even using a very similar address to scam people. From what I can see, they seem like very helpful people and looks like a very nice group of folks. Thank you Jesi for the clarification and hopefully the people using your information get theirs.

0 Stars as of the writing of this. The shipping time is not even close to what was said on the website. We are almost at a 3 week mark at the moment and all support said was that it has been shipped, which it has not. Creating a shipping label does not mean it has been shipped. We ordered 2 printed sweaters on November 26th and the website said 10-13 days from the date ordered. We are now at day 19 and the tracking they sent me says it has not even been picked up by USPS which means the order is not ready yet. Unless this gets fixed in the next hour, we will not have our order in time for the 16th (the day we were needing it). There are a lot of other places we could have ordered this from but did not due to the shipping time their website states.

The customer service is absolutely fantastic! Had a small issue with my order and they did NOT hesitate to make it right. Very professional and kind, I recommend them to everyone!!!

I recently ordered a school t-shirt from this company, and I have some mixed feelings about my experience. The website was quite unclear about the design I was getting, and when the shirt arrived, it was not what I had expected. However, when I contacted customer support to address the issue, they shifted the blame onto me for not paying enough attention to the website, even though it was confusing.

What disappointed me the most was that they didn't take responsibility for the website's shortcomings and instead put the fault on the customer. Sadly, this seems to be a recurring issue as I've heard from other customers who've had similar experiences. On a positive note, I must say that their shirts are quite comfortable, and the sizing is as expected.

Overall, I'd rate my experience a 3 out of 5 stars. The comfort and sizing of the shirts are good, but the website's clarity and customer support could definitely use some improvement.

0 stars if possible. They make it seem like they're a sweet family with a warehouse selling to the consumer. But in reality they are ordering from Vietnam & letting the consumer wait way longer than they should for the product. Website has contradictory information all over it as to how long the item will actually take to ship. Customer Service couldn't even keep it straight as to what shipping policy to have me read. Will not be ordering anything from them again, but rather will order from Etsy shops that are honest with timelines.
