This burger king is the best, the big guy making the whoppers, he is the best, the Whopper even looks better than the picture and taste awesome A. Employees very friendly and very helpful.

They made me feel welcome. The manager was ver nice. My food was hot!!!

So I am going to be honest. I NEVER have good experiences at Burger King especially at this location. BUT 01/13/2023 was a different story the food was the BEST food I have ever had from Burger King. And I owe the amazing experience to the NIGHT SHIFT team and the shift lead Whittney

They are a wonderful group of people. Glad to see a change at this location. The food was hot and fresh, they even gave my kids crowns and candy.

When we arrived at the drive-thru no one was in front or behind us,it was a good thing ! My friend and I were getting breakfast for 2familes.the order took us few minutes to go over what we wanted and then the young lady taking the order took her a little while.we finally got our order taken.
I think we had 9 or ten breakfast sandwiches,with 2 or3 different kinds,we were then told they had only a few bi
Scuits left and asked if we minded waiting for more
We decided to wait and get our guest the food they wanted!
I secretly felt this could be a mix up deluxe!

A little bit of weight but this was the best experience that I've had so far with a fast food restaurant in the Horn Lake and South Haven area. The order was correct, fresh and tasted good. Even though the workers were very busy they were polite and to me that means more than the food. Thank you Burger King of Horn Lake!

I only come to this area to see my niece! When I came to this establishment I had low expectations. I need to apologize. THE CREW AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WERE FANTASTIC!!! Everyone worked together and got my food CORRECT and HOT and DELICIOUS so QUICKLY!!!!! I can't wait to come back to see them again!!!

Young lady in the window was very nice and is everytime I come through. Very well spoken and I’m greeted with a smile all the time. Food was hot and everything was great. Manager did a great job with hiring!

I just moved to this area in January and I've been to this location several times; different times of the day and days of the week. EVERY time I have gone, my food was fresh and I wasn't paid to say this although I wish 😊. Once, I was tired and drove off without my meal and had to go back and my burger and fries were still hot! That's amazing. I don't know who is over this crew but these ppl have been doing a great job to me!

I actually had a bad experience the other day. My food was cold and made wrong. I was upset... Being a single mom money is tight and spending $15 for me and my daughter to eat and it wasnt right kinda bothered me. I called alisha today and she offered to remake my order. Not only did she personally make it. It was fresh. Everything was hot. She was super nice. She is the reason i will go back. Horn lake resident of 20yrs.

I came inside and my experience was absolutely awesome! The manager on shift was Whitney and she made sure everything ran so smoothly.

Wonderful place for sleep deprived people. Jennifer and Eishia were patient as I stumbled through my order on 3 hours of sleep, and they were quick to give us our food. They were very friendly and helpful and we will certainly be back again!

One of the MOST pleasant experiences l have had....after giving up on the Memphis Burger Kings l tried this one. Wonderful...clean, friendly, stocked and just plain GOOD! My food was fresh and hot and the service divine! I will return.
