Caribou Coffee

Caribou is predominant in our home state of Minnesota. Seeing a live caribou or even a moose is definitely on my bucket list. It’s been a while since my last Caribou visit but I was pleasantly surprised at the ambience here. Found this gem at the border of Apple Valley and Lakeville. Working remotely is where the true magic happens. I'm always ready to embrace the lessons that are coming my way.

Love this location - always clean and bright sunlight from all the windows! Friendly staff and speed of service is excellent.

Went to the one by Target off of pilot knob road in AppleValley. Very impressive watching 10 employees work like a well oiled machine. Definitely will be going back to this location.

Convenient newer location and decor is definitely more modern than traditional Caribou. Extremely clean and well-staffed. Best part is tons of natural sunlight with floor to ceiling windows.

Every experience that I have had at this location has been great. However, they went above and beyond this morning. As I was leaving my house, I put in an order on the app. Unfortunately I somehow neglected to hit complete order. So of course when I arrived, my coffee wasn’t ready since I had not submitted my order. Once I realized this I submitted the order. I was on my way to a meeting and was worried I’d be running late now due to my mistake . That was not the case. The team at this Caribou had me on my way quickly. The whole situation was my fault but they took exceptional care of me. Thanks for taking such great care of me!

Never had a bad experience thru the drive through! My orders are always done right! Employees are friendly!

On a below-zero February day like today in Minnesota, it's terrific to have a Caribou Coffee nearby to grab a Cabin Bar Mocha on the go. Caribou has done a great job crafting this unique, winter flavored that you can get hot or cold. It's got a nice blend of peanut butter, butterscotch chips, espresso (and you can add an extra shot), chocolate chips, and freshly whipped cream to top it off splendidly.

My drink was perfect and I don't know if it's the new manager but he was delightful.

My drink was ready to go when I got there (ordered on the app). Clean store & good music.

Workers have been very friendly and are usually pretty quick to give me my order.

I’ve been addicted to the honey lavender latte! So refreshing and tasty!

Bristas are always friendly. Never had any issues with my order and they are quick. This location is on my way to my grandma's house so I grab coffee for is before I go over and check on her.

I went there today and my cooler was dripping all over well we were trying to drive, it looked like the person making it overfilled and spilled it then didn't clean it up. Other than that little mishap it was great!!

Always a delight stopping at this location! The staff is friendly and it has a great atmosphere. They have a nice warm fire place to enjoy along with your nice hot cup of morning jo. ❣

Went though the drive through and we were given a drink with way too much ice. We called to let them know and Ashley was so sweet and accommodating. She put my name on a list for a free drink and was very understanding. I have a newborn so the coffee was much needed. Very happy with how she overcame the complaint and made it right. Thank you Ashley for turning my experience around.
