I had the pleasure of meeting a manager (can’t remember his name) he was mega helpful, and took my name down for a champion’s path box when they finally restock. They not only called me to tell me they’ve restocked DAY OF, but put one away for me since I’d requested it two weeks prior. The girl Vivian kept it locked up for me, and when I arrived she asked me about pre-ordering shining fates which is something no other store had let me do thus far. First time I’ve been able to not pay scalper fees, thank you very much you guys. ❤❤ 10 star service from very nice people, GameStop doesn’t deserve you.

I am giving you five stars for your staunch Pokemon go gym retention skills. My knuckles now have arthritis and my fingerprints are now gone, however I was victorious. With this kind of attention to detail and camaraderie, the employees here must be dedicated and stalwart.

The staff was super helpful and pointed out that they had a bundle with the system I was looking at brand new that was cheaper than buying the used model I was looking at! At check out corporate had raised the price that same day but the guys quickly adjusted it to what they had told me earlier. All I had to do was point out that it rang up higher and they fixed it without any further discussion!

I can't say I enjoy going here, but My Son's sure do! Pretty good customer service. They strive to make the customers happy and find what they need!! Bonus, they seem to enjoy their job's and that's great to me!!

Love this GameStop! They always have what I need. Went in to buy the new Xbox Series S and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! Thank you!! 🎮 So worth the wait haha.

I called in to see if they have any used switches. (I'm in a rush at the moment to get one.) I've rarely, if ever make reviews. BUT who ever picked up the phone today was amazing! I used to work in retail and he was informative and friendly. Exactly the best customer service you would want when calling in to ask a question.

Would like to give a shout out to Jake and this store. Helped me test my controller and gave some suggestions to help me fix it. I took his suggestions and it’s now working perfectly.
I appreciate Jake taking the time to make sure I was taken care of. I’ve renewed my membership with GameStop and will be a more frequent visitor because of his great service. (The other Gamestoper was also very nice but didn’t catch her name.) Thank you!

the cashier was great at informing me on deals, and warranties, definitely will go back as often as i can.

I've been going here practically since we moved up to the Everett area. (3 years) And have never had an issue with my membership, my returns or selling items. Mr Grimes, the store manager is an awesome individual and very helpful with any gaming issues.

When getting a game pre-order, on the date of release. I would suggest getting there early. The line has gone out the door. It's a mostly friendly wait though. Which is nice since there are families that wait together.

Zach is by far the coolest guy there. He helped me out beyond just your average salesmen. He is definitely management material. Thanks for everything Zach!

Randomly stopped at this location and was BLOWN AWAY BY THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! All associates were friendly and answered each and every question without hesitation. The store was busy but VERY WELL ORGANIZED & the line was moving swiftly.

I don't usually do reviews but this is really deserving! I went in and was greeted by smiling faces. I purchased a warranty on Ipod nearly a year ago and it died on me :( Brian couldn't find any of the Ipod I had purchased within 100 miles. He pulled a couple strings and voila another Ipod on the way. I had to pay for shipping to the store due to my lack of physical address but that was nothing compared to what he had done for me! Thank You Brian and thank the staff for such a pleasant experience

Crew is always good to me whenever I go in. Today I wanted to pick up a copy of Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition for the 360, and even though they did not have it in stock, I was still helped. They looked up and told me which stores say they have it and printed out the phone numbers so I could call ahead to be sure.

The Store was well stocked, I was able to find the titles I was looking for. They had a great selection of Funko Pops. The Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient 10/10 I would go back.

Awesome staff that were very helpful in getting me locate all of what I needed even though it didn't result in them getting the sale.
