Pizza Hut

The pizza is always hot and fresh sorry I forgot to take a picture before it was eaten.

I don't know what to say. I am very beyond disappointed and had to rush my wife to the hospital cause she is highly allergic to tomato sauce. We called at 8 o'clock and got hung up 4 times. And the guy sounded pretty high on the phone. We asked him to see if they we're still doing delivery. And he couldn't answer the question. So we walked from the other side of the town to the other. And to remind y'all I had knee surgery last week. And walked the whole way in pain. When we got there. We asked for a buffalo chicken and bacon with extra buffalo sauce and cheese. Did we get it??? Nope cause all we gotten was a regular cheese and bacon and extra cheese and sauce. No buffalo at all about it. Just to let them know they have lost our service. Never again that we will go back to that pot house of what they call wannabe pizza hut....More like a pre school hut. For the ones that are reading this! Y'all have a blessed day, night, weekend,

Food was awesome as usual. Kenneth was very helpful with my take out order.

Staff was very well mannered and professional. The women's bathroom was surprisingly very clean. Our Pizzas came out in a timely manner and very delicious. No complaints!

Always friendly courtesy staff. Order is always hot and ready when we arrive.

I've eaten here many times and whomever is cooking tonight did the most amazing job!! Also, the wonderful woman who called me to advise an ingredient was out made a recommendation that made this my new favorite custom pizza! I couldn't have had a better experience!

Cashier was super friendly and professional. Manager was very welcoming. Dine in option requires you to order your food at the front and bring your own drinks to the table. Totally understandable given social distancing protocols to limit interactions. We ordered pizza and wings, both delicious and fresh.

Santee, SC Pizza Hut is one of the best ran restaurants in SC. Their employees work hard and are very professional. The food is great!!💕

SANTEE, SC..I walked in to place my order. The cashier was very personable & polite. She was patient with me as I tried to decide what to get & told me what the specials were. Finally I ordered. I waited in the car while it was being prepared due to COVID. The young lady walked the pizzas out to my car & wished me a good day. NO LIE, this was the best pizza I'd had in a very long time! I meant to call & tell the manager how much our family enjoyed it & what great service I had gotten, but I got busy & forgot. So I hope this gets back to the team working the lunch shift on 01/04/21. You are appreciated!

The food is excellent and always consistent. The customer service is excellent also, even when I order online they care if I get the right food, the right ingredients. Just all around great Pizza Hut. Highly recommend this place.

We had a $10 3 topping pizza for football Saturday. It was ready upon arrival. The staff were prompt and polite. My order was 100% correct and was delicious! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut!

Pizza was great, was ready on time and I got everything I ordered. That would be considered a miracle in today’s environment. The 7 kids I fed enjoyed every slice

Although much conversation was going on between workers and management, our waitress was excellent, attentive, friendly, accommodating. Female mgr not very friendly when tried to ask question about tipping. Food tasty. Will return

Kimberly was a pleasant, cute, professional cashier/ greeter. Kimberly was awesome watching her making the pizzas. Pizza was great tasting too. ❤

Today’s pizza was PERFECT. Light sauce and extra cheese just like I ordered. Not burnt like last one. No bare spots either. Perfect.

So update on Santee sc pizza hut people...the territory manager got back to me in an amazing manner and was very nice and understood where I was coming from and fix my problem and fix that location problem she was very straight forward and solve the problem quickly.
