Bill is a top notch audio repair engineer. He repaired my Onkyo Tuner/Amp in record time. When I picked it up Bill had it on the ench, powered up with all outputs connected to show that all features were working within specs. The repair cost was very reasonable.

I own a vintage Onkyo 4500 MK II receiver. I actually bought it over 10 years ago and Bill/Venus Electronics put in new display lamps and checked for a right channel issue. Fixed me up at a great price.
Here I am 10 years later and need lamps again and knobs lubed as they were tight and I go to Bill again of course. Same great service and price! He found a couple of minor issues, called me to let me know...no hard sales pitch, just facts. Quoted me a price...very minimal low price and I say go for it! Got the receiver back and looks and sounds great again! Can't recommend Bill/Venus enough! Great work, great price and no hard push on additional services.

The prices are very reasonable, and the service is spot on. I had a Yamaha receiver, and a 5 disc Sony disc changer, both not working properly, within a week to 10 days I picked them both up and they work exactly as they did when I purchased them new. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else Bill is a top notch technician as well as a honest man.

I NEVER write reviews but felt compelled after the great experience I had. Bill took care of a Create amp that I have had for years. He was honest, upfront on the issues, and fair on the price to repair. AND he is a very nice man to talk to. Highly recommend his service.

My Fender Twin Reverb had a very loud hum. Bill replaced the reverb tank, cleaned all tube sockets, and cleaned all controls. Now, it is very quiet and sounds awesome! Outstanding service and prices. I highly recommend Venus Electronics!!

My aquos TV got damaged by electrical surge during a heavy storm. I called Bill and took my TV to his repair place. He fixed it well and the price is very reasonable. He also communicates with you what repair needs to be done and gave you a true estimate without any hidden fees. Bill updates you when it gets done and when you can conveniently pick it up. I found Venus via the web, for "electronics repair". I saw so many comments with which I ultimately experienced myself, like "Bill is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and is a cool dude." I needed someone to solder a component back onto a circuit board. Bill not only did that but found a break within a multi-threaded cable and another break in a cable leading to a jack. When I left the audio device with him he promised to get back with me within a day with diagnosis (he did) and subsequently repair it by the following morning (which he also did). Total successful outcome ! And it was an enjoyable experience with a quality guy.

Very honest! I called him first thing this morning and explained the situation to him. He figured the repair would cost us around $250. He offered to come out to our house today. He called me 15 minutes before he showed up to say he could come early. When he got here, he went right to work. We ended up having two issues. He fixed the first issue with a part and the second issue he fixed by changing some settings on our TV. He even looked at another TV for us and taught us how to adjust settings so it looked better. In the end, he charged us $60 less than he originally quoted us, which he didn't have to do. Extremely nice guy and very honest! I would recommend him to others in a heartbeat!

I HIGHLY recommend this company! Bill is as honest as they come and does any amazing job! My parents made the mistake of using having Clear TV repair come in and the gentleman took their whole TV and said it would cost $350 to repair instead of the original amount quoted of $150. After almost 5 hours I finally helped them get their TV back. I called Venus Electronics that originally repaired this TV two years ago and he was put the same day, analyzed the problem ON SITE and only took the piece that was broken. Repaired it and came back out to personally install it and test the TV. He also provided us with a 90 day warranty which is absolutely amazing. Five stars is not enough!

I have had the opportunity to take different Amplifiers, speakers, and a plasma tv to Bill and he was able to fix all of them with no hesitation.

Bill is a master technitian who will take care of your needs professionaly, and yes, he is affordable too. He never said no to give me an estimate, and the kind of gear that i bring to him is very expensive and heavy! And he always delivered excellent work!

It a small business run by one man, but he is a genius at fixing electronics. He repaired my VOX AV 30 , and was more than fair with the price and I got my amplifier back way faster than I thought I would. I would highly recommend this shop

Bill is a great guy. I work in the healthcare industry and I needed a piece of electronic equipment fixed for my work. My schedule at the hospital was tight, so Bill was gracious enough to meet me at a location close to where I live since I couldn't make it into his office during regular hours.

I called Venus Electronics in regards to my old 32' Sony (HD) tube television. This TV is about 15yrs old but has an unbelievable picture.
The TV would not power on. I had the same problem 5 years ago and it cost me $225 to repair, so I was prepared to give this one up and buy a new set. even thought they were closed on Saturday's, Jim still took my call and set up an appointment for first thing Monday. He arrived promptly and determined he needed to take the circuit board back to his shop for more testing. Two days later he returned and the TV is working again. This time it cost me a LOT less to have the repair done. Jim is someone who I highly recommend and can be trusted to come into your home.
