I love coming to this beach shop. Me and my husband come here all the time and he is always super helpful and the prices are always great. we usually get freshwater bait from here, but he also has some saltwater bait. He also usually has drinks that you could buy like soda or water and that’s really nice for us. He also always has shiners which is really nice because shiners are hard to find in Florida.

I can't thank Jonah enough for being a wonderful individual! My 8 year old son and I went in to get some night crawlers to do a little quality fishing and Jonah was just truly remarkable and helpful!

My must stop before going to the pier in Deerfield. They have live bait and everything you might need for a good day of fishing. The man who attends is very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

The best bait and tackle shop spot ever. Owner is friendly and knowledgeable of the sport and craft. Prices are good and affordable. This place got what you need. I have been shopping at this location for over 35 years since I was a little boy, and got my first fishing equipment here. It was walker’s bait shop in the 90’s. Nothing has changed still running the same. I still have not got my pictures on the wall of fame yet because I have not caught my big one yet. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. If you going fishing in deerfield you gotta stop by and take tour inside. You won’t be disappointed...

Jonah knows his stuff and also has great prices ! He was able to advise me and my friends to some great local fishing spots! Also got a great haircut from his son in the barber shop next door! Also In a safe area, right off of Hillsboro .

The shop was empty so the owner took his time helping me and my family. We got 24 live shrimp, a chum block and a new bubbler.

Mr.. Jonah is friendly, always pleasant, I drive 6miles passing serval other bait shops to go to him. With his bait you will catch fish, are they will die trying. He has several sizes on his shiners, and the worms very actives, they have lasted s week or more. 10 thumbs up!!!!!

I am a teacher and our kindergarten class benefits from the exploration of earthworms.
I had been to several other stores and the critters were over priced or not available, for purchase. I felt as tho I would go to school empty handed. Jonah's bait & tackle was open after hours and had the best price to offer! The selection of night crawlers was extensive. Thank you!

My visit was fine. I found the person that helped me to be friendly. I did see a shell casings in the park lot so maybe do a sweep.

Friendly service, helped my son and husband get set up to fish off the pier at a very reasonable price!

It may not have all the bells and whistles but it has what you need. The owner is incredibly friendly as well. My go to bait spot

Awesome owner, super knowledgeable and very nice. New to the area and he took the time to answer questions and point us in the right direction. Will be doing business with him again!

Shiners are a little pricey but overall really healthy
