Mavis Discount Tire

Recently had my car in to Mavis on County Route 64 and I was pleased with the outcome. The manager was courteous and responsive to our concerns. The brake pads on all four wheels needed replacing as well as rotors. The job took an hour while we waited and they worked with us to bring the price to an affordable amount. They even adjusted a noisy shield on one of the tires for no charge. I will be back because I feel I was treated well and honestly.

Recently had new tires put on my Toyota. These guys got me in when the day was booked up for them. Very grateful for the managers I usually deal with on Wednesdays. They always take care of me.

Wonderful service and very friendly staff. Have gone here for help whenever I need help with my tires after running over nails or screws while driving. Would highly recommend

Got my oil changed here, as well as had the computer checked a couple times. Great service, quick, and honest. They don’t try to waste your time or upsell you on anything. They explain it in easy terms, and get what needs to be done, done. Great prices. Recommend for any services you need that they do. 10/10

We were traveling from out of town and had a slow leak with 409 miles left till we reached home. Every 50 miles we found ourselves stopping for air and off the highway we saw
this mavis. Eli helped cure all my anxiety and was so helpful with making sure the tire was fixed and I felt Comfortable on the road again for 400 plus more miles. Thank you Eli and Mavis . Great service great work and great employees

Zach and his amazing team are fantastic! We were visiting from out of town and stopped in to give our car a once over. Zach and his team are amazing, we felt like we were VIPs in a small town! We don’t trust just anyone with a vehicles, Zach and his team are honest, upfront, friendly and kept us up to date on very step of our vehicle. You would be crazy to go somewhere else and not see Zach!!

I stopped here because the low tire pressure light was on in my car. An employee filled my tires to correct pressure, and found a nail in one. He immediately took my car in to see if the tire could be repaired. He was able to repair the leak and sent me on my way. Everyone I encountered at this business was incredibly kind. I give them my highest recommendation.

Zach and the team at the Horseheads Mavis are fantastic. They spent a lot of time diagnosing an issue with my vehicle that surfaced after a repair. I really appreciated that they brought me back into the bay to thoroughly explain the issue. I'll definitely be back for service in the future.

Great service quick work helped in a jam with friendly fast service after getting a screw in my tire on the highway on my way to do some shopping they didn't question anything got my truck right in and fixed my tire

I got a nail in my tire, and it was close to closing time but I called and talked with Zack. He said to bring my car in right away. I was treated like gold! They fixed my tire and got me in and out in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!! ⭐

Just recently took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. As always, I got speedy/quality service. This location is always my go to for maintenance. Eli and Dustin always display great customer service.

These guys were lifesavers! I had a bad front tire and being at least 45 minutes away from home. I knew there was no way I was going to make it home without the tire blowing on me. I didn’t have the tool to get my spare out from underneath my truck. These guys stayed past closing time to get my spare from underneath my truck and switching the tires out for me, just so I can make it home safely. Definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be coming back.
