The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are happy to share their personal experience with gear and adventures. No salty managers about returns in store like I have seen at other stores. Excellent stock of products and plenty in the co-op/return section in the back left corner of the store.

REI member since 2000. Takes me back to Spring Breaks in Bishop on the Happys and summers in Yosemite.

REI is forever entwined in my mind with adventure and fun with great friends.

Great products and service. I still have my original Half Dome plus 2 tent from 20+ years ago.

Very knowledgeable staff and a great selection of goods. I'm glad they're finally serving the dayton area though outdoor activities are quite constrained here.
