I will always come to this usps location if I have the option when shipping things, even when I lived in Neenah. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. They’ve patiently explained different shipping options on multiple occasions. Best location in the Fox Valley by far.

This small town Wisconsin Post Office has a very good group of employees. They are always friendly, helpful, informative, and treat you as they'd treat a friend. Easy access on Kimberly Avenue which is almost never too busy to cross if you need to park across the street. Certainly my choice over larger town Post Offices where there can often be long lines.

Wonderful staff. Everytime I go in and the grey haired man is working, he brightens my day with his kindness. He is awesome. Sometimes I had my son run packages in, and if there was any problems the man would come right out to my car and explain. Doing everything in his power to make sure I get packages sent perfectly! Amazing customer service! He goes above and beyond and is a great example for my son. He is a wonderful example everyone. I tell him he is awesome, he laughs a bit, thanks me and tells me to have a great day. You can't get better service then that!

I get the same lady whenever I go there and she is always very helpful. I only had one bad experience there but that guy retired.

This location is my favorite! They are always very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
