We love our new home! New kitchen, bathroom, doors, and flooring. From the beginning, Eric was great to work with and an excellent communicator. He patiently guided us through the many decisions we needed to make and kept us on budget. SMY's crew is highly skilled and really cares about doing great work. Thank you for our beautiful home!

I've got nothing but positive things to say about SMY. We haven't done any remodeling before and Eric was a huge help. He helped us pick some great materials and added a few ideas that we were really happy with. The crew worked very diligently and did a great job. We were remodeling our only shower so they went above and beyond to get the job done efficiently so that we wouldn't be without a shower for too long. I will definitely use SMY for any further remodeling needs. The previous owner of our house also got the kitchen remodeled by SMY and they did a great job at that too.

SMY just finished an amazing kitchen renovation for us. The process started on recommendation from my dad, who has used SMY for two of his homes. At the start, Eric served as a helpful resource for designing our kitchen. He listened to our needs and made a lot of recommendations for how we could design our kitchen to make the most of our space. He was very patient and communicative if we had any questions, responding quickly and accurately. We had a desire to do some of the work ourselves and preferred to use some contractors not associated with SMY. This was no problem - Eric was very flexible on coordinating the different work streams with us and let us manage and contract the project in a way that made sense to us. The initial quote we received seemed very reasonable for a custom kitchen and we were happy to move forward on the project.

As work initiated on the project, we were very impressed by the workmanship of Val and the contracted electrician and countertop installers. Our home is older, and the floors/ceiling are somewhat uneven - Val spent about a week hanging the cabinets in what I can't imagine was an easy room to work in! The results were absolutely perfect and he clearly demonstrated that he is a true craftsman.

We don't have enough good words to say about Eric and SMY. They truly represent honest, professional and experienced kitchen remodel experts. We would recommend them to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, we probably won't need a kitchen remodel for another 20 years. :D

SMY was a great company to work with. Eric was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He helped us create a kitchen that perfectly fits our needs. There isn't anything I would change even after using for the past year. All of the staff that assisted with cabinet installation, counter tops and tile work are so detail oriented and strive for perfection in everything they do. I would definitely use this company again!

Had a great experience with SMY with our kitchen upgrade, including new cabinets, new countertops, new sink and range hood installation. Eric was extremely helpful and patient as we figured out what we wanted. Ultimately went with two-tone cabinets which we love. Installation team was efficient, reliable and professional. SMY Home Improvement remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and it came out great! I loved the drawers with inner drawers. The quality of the cabinets was great. The design was thoughtful and took good advantage of the fairly small space. The tile floor and back splash were very well done with a nice smooth transition to the existing wood floor. The backsplash had bullnose tile at the edges, looked great and was such an improvement. Gas was added for a new gas stove. We were kept well informed throughout the process and I was impressed with each worker. Thanks Eric and SMY.

I highly recommend SMY! They remodeled three bathrooms for me and did outstanding work. They were so easy to work with and helped us pick just the right vanities and sinks and found us a great deal on the granite countertops. Sergei made us custom mirrors for each bathroom. They showed up every day and finished the project quickly. We were thrilled with the workmanship. Then I needed some dry wall replaced and texturing matched. Manuel did a fabulous job on my living room walls and ceiling. I had removed an old mantelpiece and the texturing didn't match the walls. He blended it all together and you can't see that there was ever any difference. I can't say enough good things about them. Friendly, helpful, kind and highly skilled craftsmen.

Our experience with SMY was excellent. Their showroom was stocked with a huge variety of materials and enabled us to create our dream kitchen. Eric was at all times most professional and helpful. The team that did the actual work in our house were wonderful. I would recommend SMY without reservation. All in all a great experience.

They did very good quality work on the bathroom and were very responsive to some changes in the scope we had. Project management was very nice and responsive. We plan to use them again.

SMY Home Improvement installed a new sink and faucet. Right from the get go, it was smooth dealing with Eric. He has great contacts in the kitchen supply business, sent us to the right places to find just the right sink to fit into our existing kitchen design and color. His installation team were professional and completed the task promptly. The price of installation was reasonable and they completed the work in the timeline agreed upon.

We selected SMY Home Improvement to remodel two bathrooms in our house - main and master. This involved selecting new materials, removing existing materials and installing new tile floors, cabinets, mirrors, and water fixtures. They even added a new window for us in the master bath. Throughout the whole process SMY personnel were professional, did high quality work and were attentive and responsive to our needs. Eric, our project manager, was especially great in helping us pick new materials such as cabinets and flooring that were of good quality and fit our budget.
