Reading all the complaints here, just wanted to let people know if you have missing mail or packages, you should fill out the paperwork on the USPS website. That way there is a paper trail and record of the issue (and is also more likely to get resolved, from my experience.) Go to the USPS website > Help tab and fill out the proper form. Going to the post office to complain or posting here will do nothing to improve things, unfortunately.

In my experience at this post office, I have had no issues. They are also very friendly and fast at the counter too.

I thank God for the outstanding service the United States Post Office provides. Our post office in Saint Augustine,Florida is one of the nation's best. Many complain about the stamp prices...but try delivering that letter personally across the U.S.A. for under 60 cents. Thank you postal workers for being the BEST in the world.

My experience here has been nothing short of top notch. The post people have gone above and beyond, on more than one occasion, to answer questions and assist in navigating the complications of mail delivery in WEA. THANK YOU!

Great service. It is a shame that only the bad reviewers seek to publicize their opinion.

There isn't a rating low enough.
These people suck. Plain and simple. Over 6 months to begin receiving mail in my mailbox, which I moved twice because they didn't know where THEY TOLD ME TO PLACE IT. Now I receive mail that doesn't belong to me. They lost correspondence from my attorney in a legal case resulting in additional fees. Now after a year I'm still dealing with this and the "manager" told me to lose my attitude.
I'll be calling the postmaster general now. These people are the worst.

As others mentioned, Id give less stars if it were possible. Constantly lying. Not sure how this federal building is still in business. I work from home and watch the carrier. They state they attempt delivery when I watch them drive past. The mail then gets shipped back to sender after 1 attempt that they didnt even attempt. This has been an issue for well over a year. They pick and choose what they want to deliver. They dont even leave a pink slip that says they tried. Ive been getting soooo many of my neighbors mail over the year. Last month someone ordered frozen food. It was delivered to my house where it sat until they picked up back up days later. They will deliver letter mail, then claim they didnt leave packages because they couldn't find the address? But, left letter mail? Absolutely, unacceptable for a Government Job to be treated this way. I've complained in person, ive made complaints to the post master, but they only say' Sorry new carrier'. Meanwhile my very expensive package is being retuned to sender across the country When i pay for expedited shipping and amazon prime only to have the Campton post office constantly mistreat packages. Again, HOW CAN A GOVERMENT job be so terrible with mail. This is a Federal job. When will someone do something about ALL of these constant comments and complaints from the folks who live in this town?

I have not received our mail for 4 days. Where is our mail? The mail should have credit card renewals as well as checks for payment of services. WHAT is wrong at Campton? Sharon davis 361 perch pond road campton nh

Update: Lost a box of spam (box of 8). Claims it was delivered, which is impossible, because it cannot be put into my locked box that accepts only letters. They claimed they scanned it at my mailbox, therefore it was delivered because "GPS doesn't lie" Dumb excuse, since my box is one of 10 grouped on the side of HWY 175 because USPS is too lazy to deliver to our houses. The guy either ate it or stuck it in somebody else's box and the "post master" covers for them. I wish we could give ZERO stars. 1) Doesn't deliver to my home, whereas both UPS and FedEx do. Instead, I have to go a mile down three roads to the side of Hwy 175 to get my mail or visit them in Campton for packages. 2) Often loses package then lies about status. Recent example: Tracking status showed "delivered in mailbox" for two 3'X5' rugs, physically impossible to fit even one in my mailbox. Rugs are never to be found. There are plenty of other times things simply do not arrive but tracking shows otherwise, but to list them all would take a book. There's really no recommendation for alternatives here...and maybe that's the issue. No competition, no pressure to do better....

This post office is awful! Refuses to drive to my driveway which is feet from the mailbox to deliver packages, instead I get an alert my package was undeliverable. Absolutely awful! Staff is rude and seems like they don’t know what is going on. AWFUL
