i had a laundry list of maintenance requests after my first week of moving in, but every single one of them were completed in a timely manner. i can’t thank them enough! they have proven themselves to be reliable, and it really shows how much they care about their tenants.

We've rented from Creel Rental Services for five years and have always had prompt and reliable service, especially with any repairs needed on the house.

We recently moved into another one of Creel Rental Services managed properties, and we absolutely love the house and the neighborhood.

Kelly told me which properties were available, and Lindsey guided me through completing all the paperwork. Lauren was also such a great help during the process. Clara helped with two separate maintenance requests, and each time, service personnel were sent out the same day. Everyone from Creel Rental has been consistently helpful and friendly.

We're currently renting from them and they have made absolutely every experience so much easier. This was the smoothest move I've ever had and a large part of it was due to the helpful and friendly staff at Rental Services. If we should move again soon (hopefully not though!), I will try to go through them before anyone else. Love love LOVE our new rent home.

My experience with Rental Services has been awesome. Everyone's situation is different and mine was a little complicated. However, Lindsey was very understanding, patient and helpful. All the ladies in the office were very kind and ready to assist.

Creel rental services has always been great to me. I relocated to Orange from 1000 miles away and only had eight hours to find a place, get approved and set up a lease. Creel bent over backwards for me. My Landlord has been great and I am now rolling into my second one year lease.

I've rented my house thru Creel for the last 5 years. I can't say enough good things about them, The girls in the office and the maintenance dept are fantastic! One winter my furnace quit working, they offered to bring me space heaters out if I needed them, my furnace was fixed the next day!!!Highly recommend this company for your rental needs!!!

I have recently had the privilege of working with Clara at Rental Services. She went above and beyond for me to assist and help secure a rental property for a family in need. I cant begin to explain how grateful I am for her.

I partnered with Creel Investments over ten years ago, and they've been the best decision I made, concerning my rental business. They're always there, and they've helped me grow my business. Alisha, Dan, Clara, Kelly, Lauren, Sabrina, and the rest of the staff, are the best in the business.

I have been renting with creel for 3 years - they are an amazing company with a great maintenance team. The people in the office are always nice and helpful. I have never had a problem with them - they are also very affordable, I would recommend them to anyone and I do so a lot!

I have rented from Creel Investments for 2 years. They were very accommodating when I put in service requests (AC repaired in the heat of summer in less than a week, and leaking sink fixed same day). Rent is very reasonable for the area that I am located in. For those dissatisfied with your property, just remember you get what you pay for. If the property is cheap, and older, odds are, there will be issues (issues with the property, not the service). If you move into a newer property and inspect as you tour, you will be just fine. I plan on continuing to rent from Creel.

I'm not sure about other experiences, but I have been very happy with Creel. They quickly had my home rented and have kept it occupied. I've never had a maintenance issue in two years. The statements come at the same time each month. Creel has also been attentive and prompt to any requests.

Loved dealing with Rental Services, they’re so friendly! Lauren was who helped me set up my rental property and she was awesome! She answered all of my question I had and if she couldn’t, she’d find out for me. Overall, Rental Services made the move in process so much easier than I thought it would be! I recommend for sure!

My hot water exploded within the next day i contacted Lyndsey with the maintenance department. She sent Steve the maintenance man, who immediately identified the problem and replaced it right away. I have always had an excellent experience with Creel. Thank you all of Creel Staff for delivering excellence to your customers!

I've had a great experience renting with creel. Once we finally got the house we wanted, the rent has been very reasonable. And the service has been amazing. If anything breaks they come right out and fix it. I'm very happy. I will continue renting with creel.

Ms. Lindsey is the best !!! I was relocating from a job in Omaha Nebraska and taking care of everything over the phone and online. Ms Lindsey assisted me in getting into a place that was perfect for my needs and a timeline to get back to Texas. Wonderful group of people here !!!

I viewed one of the properties that used "Rental Services" for an in-person home that was for rent. The staff is so nice. From scheduling my appointment to view the home and visiting the home, I enjoyed the process.

Our real estate company has multiple properties in Beaumont all of which are managed by Creel Investments. The service offered by Creel is outstanding to mention the least. The staff is very patient, knowledgeable and really care about the property owners and their tenants. Great rental company.

So this is my second property to rent with Rental Services. Every time I have called them the girls in the office have been very helpful, especially Lauren, Clara, Kelly, Ashley, and Sabrina.
