Holiday Inn & Suites Beaumont-Plaza (I-10 & Walden), an IHG Hotel

My family and I loved everything about this Holiday Inn & Suites. The lady at the front desk Jasmine was the best. She made sure we were able to get a room, extra towels, and she was helpful in letting us know the good food places in Beaumont. The ladies serving breakfast was amazing. Not only did they cook an amazing breakfast, but they were very nice and courteous. We won't hesitate to stay here again!

My husband stays here pretty regularly but it was my first visit. Everyone was great, as was the room. Comfy bed, comfy pillows, soft towels, etc. We were shown the patio off the indoor pool where we got to enjoy a beverage. They have also started a Wednesday evening social time where they serve complimentary beverages and food. Ask for Dori because she will tell you all the great things the hotel offers as well as the nearby businesses to help you enjoy your stay in Beaumont. I recommend this hotel.

Let me start off by saying that it was not our intention to stay in Beaumont but we could not drive any further so we booked a room at the Holiday Inn - Beaumont (Walden).

First things first, when we drove up, we had to double check that we were at a Holiday Inn, because this is the biggest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen! We walked in and it had all of the accommodations of a larger hotel brand from, a restaurant downstairs, a flowing waterfall, complementary coffee and water at the front desk area.

However what stood out the most in the hotel was the service!! The front desk associates , Jasmine and Royal were phenomenal!! They made my family and I feel as if our personal satisfaction was their top priority!

Then the breakfast was excellent!! It’s buffet style however they have someone there who will cook you a personalized breakfast omelette and waffles. The servers went over and beyond as well!!

Again, the service was everything!! Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband stayed due to work. Very nice! Rooms are great and clean. Definitely would recommend. He also left his boots after check out and made sure to call to let him know. Super friendly.

The staff was extremely helpful, and explained hotel rules very clearly, and the staff was very amenable to any requests or needs we had. I was so impressed that I have created an account, and will make IHG Hotels my travel choice for both business and pleasure stays. The breakfast in the morning, again, super friendly staff, and absolutely delicious cooked breakfast - every choice one could want.

I love this hotel! The front desk clerks are wonderful and very professional in their service. The bar staff employee Pia was absolutely splendid in her service towards us and I recommend others to come and experience what Beaumont Holiday inn has to offer. I will be back soon.

This place was so nice the waterfall in the lobby made it so relaxing. The bar downstairs had some tasty drinks and it will definitely be a place to stop if we ever travel this way.

I'm in room 415, and it's very spacious, Clean two televisions two separate rooms. It's a perfect room. There's a waterfall when you come out of your room. The entire place is always quiet. Excellent place to stay

Stayed here for a week while training with KAG, and I really enjoyed myself, I enjoyed the free food, drinks and fellowship provided on Wednesday night. The Southern hospitality was in full view! Dana in sales, Operations manager Justin, Paula at the front desk and especially Melody in the cafeteria, THANK YOU.

I thought yall did an excellent job of accommodating our rally. The front desk was always nice. Towels are always an issue when you have 4 women in a room for 3 nights. The front desk said, "They are in the dryer, and we will call you when ready." They sure did. The breakfast staff was on point and friendly. Even offered to bring me corn tortillas because I have a gluten allergy. Our room was fab, and the grounds were kept nice. Thank you so much!

My family came for my graduation and it was perfect! Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet!! The beds are super comfy as well! Jasmine at the front desk was so sweet and made us feel so welcomed!

Absolutely love this hotel, very clean and the staff is great. The food is not the nasty breakfast they offer at other hotels but it is a nice hot breakfast. Fresh made a waffles, fresh made omelette to your liking.♥♥♥♥♥♥ and just a beautiful waterfall in the lobby.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament we were in town for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had two rooms on different floors and they helped us get onto one floor. Rooms were very clean and the A/C worked great. The beds were very comfortable during our stay. I would definitely stay at this location again!

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Jeremiah at the front desk was the poster boy for excellent customer service. He was thoughtful and kind, and greatly exceeded my expectations. You can’t do better than this hotel

Thanks to Amy Dansby my Sales Representative assisted me in my extended stay. She also went above and beyond to make the stay successful. The front desk clerks, Dreka, front desk clerk, who was always pleasant and assisted me with a smile. I can’t thank Tavares enough, whenever I was transporting things he always was a gentleman and assisted me. Thank God for his blessing, Juztin, I remember coming in hotel with groceries, the sky had opened up. Not only did he help me getting the groceries out of car, he watched until I was safely inside hotel. The weather was bad, the crosswalk and door was flooded, I am always at risk of falling. He kept his eyes on me until I safely made it in hotel to ensure I hadn’t fall because of the flood waters. Thank you Juztin being so concerned about my welfare. My room attendant, Rayna, was always sweet, pleasant, and served me well. Ms Pearl Holmes, the attendant in the Cafeteria. God’s Angel. She doesn’t know the blessing she bestowed on me and others that came in the diner for breakfast. I had very little money, she made me feel and took care of me as though I was a blessing to her, but she was mine. Whatever ever I needed she helped, whether it was food, directions, finding a place whatever. Six, nice smile, worked in diner as well. I had good day and bad. His smile and uplifting spirit made my day. If I had a dollar for the assistants I received from each of them at this hotel, there is not enough money in the world. They all were very instrumental in making my stay a pleasant one. Thanks to all of you for being there for me. I stayed 50 days away from family but they became my extended family.

I loved my stay here it was amazing and I got to enjoy a beautiful downstairs lobby. Location was perfect for my needs and maintenance responded to a request within minutes. Thank you team and management. This place is amazing.

All at front desk were very friendly and helpful especially during checkin with the probably 50 plus ladies surrounding the counter when I checked in. The staff exhibited a lot of grace under fire. Just a suggestion with so many it might have been a good idea to rope off where each clerk was checking in so it's fair to first come first served to make a line. Some walked up to counter and squeezed in ahead of those waiting and it was not the fault of the clerk since they would ask who is next. Hotel atmosphere was nice with lots of tables, chairs and especially the waterfall and inside connection to Conference Center. I used the laundry room which was nice you needed your key to use plus chairs and a bathroom. Breakfast was a little disappointing but primarily the coffee. It was way too strong and no amount of cream helped Lol. So maybe an opportunity for some training since whomever made the coffee for the front desk it was perfect. All in all thank you for providing a great place for our Ladies in Leather Rally.

This is a beautiful hotel! Royal at the front desk was wonderful and helped me out with toiletries when I left my bag at home! The room was really clean and comfortable and the lobby is gorgeous.

Front Desk ladies, Royal & Renika, are a great asset! They were so helpful, attentive, and accommodating while in town for a wedding. The breakfast buffet at their restaurant is well worth adding to the reservation. Looking forward to coming back and bringing my organization. 10/10
