Had issues with water pressure on the hot water side of the entire house while I was out traveling for work. Previous plumber was too busy with new work to deal with what he had installed for us. Got a call out to Mike and he was quick to come out and diagnose the issue. Mike did a great job of explaining the issues and possible solutions, we worked to put in place a solution to correct the problem and more importantly a plan to keep the scaling issues in check going forward. Great guy, fantastic communication and timely. Highly recommend

I had Mike from MZ plumbing come out and complete a job on a house I was selling in Spokane. The inspection found 4 small plumbing leaks and I needed to get them fixed for the house to close on time. Mike gave a very competitive bid and worked to fit me into his schedule so that our closing would not be delayed. He finished the job with several weeks to spare which was a huge relief to me. Mike's work was done very well and looked very clean and professional. The leaks were fixed and the job looked really nice when complete. He went the extra mile to make sure we wouldn't have any trouble with our closing. Mike is a nice guy and answered all my questions thoroughly. He communicated very well with the scheduling alerting me right away of a one day delay due to another job running long. I appreciated that especially after dealing with numerous contractors who just didn't show up and would not answer when called. His communication was refreshing.
