We have had the famous chicken fried steak and big pancakes. Always an excellent choice! Tried out the new dinner menu tonight. We must go back to try all the things! Huge portions. Great prices. The smoked pork chop and homemade Mac n cheese delicious. Family recipe potato salad amazing!!! PLUS the desert. Fresh locally made pies. Excited to try more of the new dinner items. The owners and wait staff were very professional and friendly.

Food was soooooo gooooood! Thick bacon, red potatoes, homemade bread, awesome menu options cooked perfectly and amazing service to boot! The staff are quick, friendly, fun and personable. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely great staff (every single one of the 5-6 workers we interacted with were very welcoming and helpful). Popular place for a reason..... Great food! We ordered the Spicy Boy omelette and build your own omelette with avocado and a side of sausage - all was VERY good! I was salivating at every dish that was being delivered to tables as I waited.... So many other meals I want to go back and try. Also, thanks for making me an extra strong pot of coffee for my unique needs! We'll definitely be back!

Amazing portion size, great servers and staff, local art for sale on walls was very awesome to see the support of the community. The food was great, you can taste the care cooked into each bite. The flavor never faded and kept you coming for another bite.

If you wanna let your inner fat kid out and run around this is the place to go. This little hidden gem is off the main route of hwy 95 just one exit after Silverwood theme park. Great service, great hospitality, makes ya feel at home when at this place. I had the Irish Benedict the first morning, second morning same thing but instead of English muffin substituted for cornbread and I'll tell you what that's a game changer. It's so good it will wanna make ya slap your momma. Tried this place for dinner as well and had a French dip and tried the meatloaf with a side of onion rings, hands down not a single disappointment. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through you won't be disappointed.

I drive all through North Idaho, up and down the Panhandle, every day in my service business. I know the spots for breakfast. All of them, period. I thought!

The best chicken fried pork in all of North Idaho, may have just made chicken fried steak breakfasts obsolete. It was that good.

My wife and I also shared the chicken fried skillet and it was huge and delicious. This place was a real find and we will be back for sure.

The pancakes are bigger than they seem. (Yummy.) The Hashbrowns were cooked to perfection and had a nice crunch to eat. Thank you for an amazing meal. Now off to Silverwood Theme Park. My friend oldered the same thing.

The service was great. The food came out fresh and hott! Very friendly staff and nice environment to eat at. A nice variety on the menu. Have enjoyed everything I've had so far.

Really good breakfast! Great portions. My veggie omlette was delicious. Our server was very accommodating and nice. My husband had the chicken fried steak. He loved it. I'm so glad for this little gem of a restaurant right down the road from my house.

Country Boy Cafe is what a cafe should be. No hipsters, just regular folks. And really good food!! Everything I've ordered has been excellent!! Everything.

Country Boy is been our family’s favorite for breakfast for decades, now. Stuffed french toast, huge plate of biscuits and gravy, delicious eggs Benedict, and a breakfast burrito the size of a small baby!

Loved this place. So yummy! Great flavor of everything they brought out and service was prompt and friendly.

A home town vibe on the inside. Went on a Sunday around 10am, they were busy but we still got sat right away. The staff was kind and the food was so good! I got the eggs Benny and my partner got the Denver omelet with a pancake, and he kept raving about how perfect the pancake was. If we are in town again we will be back!

From the outside it doesn’t look like much but it’s the best place to stop at in Athol! LOVELY people there! Servers are very friendly and observant, great atmosphere as well as delicious and reasonably priced foods! The “Country spuds” are a must try and while you’re at it try the coffee! They hit the spot!

Very good food! We went here a few weeks ago while we were staying down the road at the RV campground at Silverwood. My kids loved the pancakes and they were HUGE! Amazing french toast and the sausage was so good that we decided to order it as a side to bring it back to camp with us! Will be back again for our next Silverwood trip!

Really good food, huge portions, and fantastic service! If there was a downside, I would have ordered home fries instead of hash browns.

Loved it, quaint, local, family owned, clean and very pleasant and friendly staff. Plus, fast weekend breakfast service. Totally thrilled we finally stopped to check it out. Delicious. We'll be back this weekend!

The food is great, the service is great, friendly, and fair prices $$. My choice always. Only open until 3:00 pm in the winter.

If you love french toast then you have to try their stuffed french toast!! Stuffed with a berry cream cheese filling, topped with a berry sauce and whipped topping. Soooooo good!
