Spring Dental

I neglected my dental checkups for way too long. It's probably out of fear of dentists... This crew is the best in the business! Very personable and professional. Just had all Four Wisdom Teeth pulled, as an adult, and it was a breeze. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A BIG Thank You to the entire staff, I'll never fear the dentist again

Dr Bennett and staff very cordial and very good at explaining my dental needs. First visit x-rays, exam, and dental plan for restoration services all paid 100% by my insurance. You can't ask for better than that!

The dentist made me feel very comfortable, which is saying a lot coming from someone with high anxiety when it comes to dental work. The staff is absolutely amazing as well. Kind, friendly, and also worked with my anxiety. Amazing visit with them all the way around. I am actually looking forward to going back to completing all of my dental work needs!

I called for an appointment and was able to come in the very next day. The entire staff... from the reception girls, to the assistant.... to the dentist....were very friendly and informative. I have already recommended them to my step daughter.

Dr takes his time to accurately do crowns ~ and appreciate the levels of whitening available. The staff is pleasant and nitrous oxide is helpful for folks who are sensitive to procedures. Sincerely feel wonderful being able to refer folks who need a qualified dental staff ~ to this local office.

Yall are amazing! Everyone was kind and I felt comfortable and at ease. My teeth are terrible but no-one made me feel uncomfortable. My last dentist made me cry he was so hateful. I'm so blessed I found yall. God bless!

This was our second visit to spring dental. They did not respect my daughters consent today. She is four but has a big voice when it comes to her body. She has a small mouth and worked very hard to help them with the X-rays but after the fourth time gagging her she was finished. Her hygienist did not listen when she said she didn’t want to do it anymore. She had tears in her eyes when I spoke up and advocated for her. He was going to try to pry her mouth open before I stood up. Then because I wouldn’t let him force her, he didn’t let us continue the appointment and have her teeth cleaned. I understand X-rays are important but I also believe it is important to have a healthy relationship instead of a traumatic one with your dentist. I hope to see improvement with her dentist in the future. Maybe he was having a bad day and not feeling very patient. He didn’t even introduce himself to her when he came to the room. Just because someone is so much younger does not mean they do not deserve the same amount of respect you’d show someone older.

The very next day I was called by the office manager and the situation was resolved. I am so appreciative of this office and am comfortable returning.

As always very pleased with this place. The front staff is super pleasant. The nurses are nice and friendly and I just wouldn't want to go to a different dentist! They made quick work with me today, fit me in the schedule short notice and I was in and out in no time. Ready to come get my tooth pulled with them for sure!

Dr. Herrscher and his assistant were amazing! The best I’ve ever had. They were so understanding what wanting a beautiful smile meant to me today, and gave it to me. I would recommend Dr. Herrscher to anyone and everyone. Thank you for the work you did today.

This is the absolute best place to go no questions asked! The staff are excellent and an absolute pleasure to be around. The dentists are great and very good at their profession. They are definitely great with my kids and help make them comfortable. I would refer them to anyone at any age!

It was nice to meet Dr. Harris today. He seemed very attentive and was conservative with my dental needs. I always enjoy having my teeth cleaned here and getting to see the ladies up front. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.

My 4 year old daughter just loves going to the dentist, and with the friendly staff and Dental professionals there, they inspired her to brush and floss. Extremely child friendly Dental “full” care office.

Took my two kids here for the first time yesterday. Appointment times got confused on my part but one of my boys was still able to be seen. The child who was seen had always been FULL of anxiety when it comes to visit to the dentist but yesterday was amazing both the man who cleaned his teeth and did the initial look at his teeth and the dentist were so nice they made my boy feel comfortable. They both helped with us with concerns about his teeth and recommended an orthodontist and explain to my son what would happen when he got braces and if he didn’t take care of them. So I appreciate that because kids don’t always listen to their parents . So for that I thank them! Definitely glad I made the decision to move my boys to this facility!

The whole staff from Reception, Hygienist, to the Dr. Are all extremely kind and knowledgeable. My whole family goes here and I would reccomend them to anyone. I have dental anxiety and was honest with them about this. And from having TMJ/TMD had neglected my care for awhile. No biggie. No judgement here. Completely understandable and very careful. Thank you all for the help and care you provided my family.

Efficient appointment scheduling. Minimal new forms for new owner of existing practice. Seen promptly. Dr. Harris seems well versed in his profession; he was willing to listen and discuss your ideas about potential treatments. The staff I interacted with were professional, friendly, and courteous Apparently appropriate referral t o needed specialist. A good experience.

Very professional. Lots of communication between patient and front desk . Loved that I was texted to make the appt and to confirm the appt. I was taken back right on time. After my check up the dentist explained the services I needed and why. Afterward someone came in to explain the cost and my options to pay. The hygienist is a great guy. Friendly and soft spoken, putting you at ease. I was very happy with my visit.
