The UPS Store

I have visited many UPS stores but this particular store surpasses most others in customer service. The staff is efficient and thorough. They take the time to answer customers questions and are very patient while customers look up the bar codes on their phones. The lines are long but usually move very quickly. The staff greets each customer and gets the job done

This is the best UPS Store l've ever been to, hands down, and l've been to a bunch around the country (I've moved a lot). I had a lot of shipments recently that required special care. Some were international, some valuable and very fragile, some very large and heavy. The team was incredibly professional and friendly. They were VERY busy but efficiently got business done. I was very impressed. I worked most with Jenna, who was a delight and so on top of it! I usually feel the need to be eagle-eyed to make sure things are being done correctly. Not with Jenna! She went above and beyond. I had written numbers on the boxes to keep track of what's in each and she took it upon herself to write those on each tracking receipt so that I could keep them straight. Such a small thing that saved me time and headache later. Btw, I had to go back the next day for more shipments and was met with the same professionalism. And all of the shipments have arrived unscathed :)

By far my favorite UPS store that I've ever been to!! I was in town for a few weeks and had to go in almost everyday for 5 days straight for various services such as returning a package, mailing a package, picking up Amazon packages and a notary. I worked with several different employees and each one was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. The first time I had to return some super heavy packages after Christmas and felt bad having the lady behind the desk pick them up by herself. She was still kind and gracious about it. A lot of customers even held the door open for me whenever I was carrying a big package. Also, this location is usually pretty busy and I think the line looks more intimidating than it actually is just because everyone is spaced out 6 feet apart. I only ever waited maybe 5 to 10 min for help as they are very fast and efficient! Thank you again for superior customer service!!!

Have always gotten good service here in Lake Havasu.

These guys are on top of it. The service goes way over the top and they care and remember you. Rare today for sure.

Ok first of all let me just start by saying I have never had a bad experience at a UPS store.

Let me follow that by saying the UPS Store in Lake Havasu is the best I've ever been to! Alexis is always there to help and honestly everyone is a joy to work with.

I love the great customer service and the positive vibes all of these great people put off!!

I love that if I bring a USB I can just walk in and get something printed without needing to wait in line (then you'll need to wait in line to paid $0.10 per sheet but like that's insany cheap!)

I also love that they're encouraging safety precautions during COVID-19. You need to wear a mask to go in and everyone has to social distance in line which makes me feel a lot better. They also limit their capacity of how many people can be in the store at once.

This place can be pretty busy, as others have noted, especially in the winter, but they keep it moving. I've sent pkgs, printed a pdf, and used their notary service. Employees are helpful and pleasant every time.

Very very nice staff. I was in there awhile ago to return some shoes and the ladies in there were so kind and friendly when the WiFi wasn’t working. Wish a could pay them back. Thank you very much. Merry Christmas and God Bless

I would highly recommend this store over the MAIL store next to Safeway for the MAIL Store will charge you $2.00 for a drop off from Amazon! The UPS store is courteous and friendly and does NOT take your money for putting it in a bin for UPS to pick it up!

This UPS store is the only mailing and drop off location within 25 miles of our home and it is so handy. All the services you could need are here including shredding ,packaging,copying,mail service, etc. Nice people and good service, Thank you!

Peggy is a rock star! She was very helpful with all of my different shipping needs and you can tell that she's just genuinely nice. A+ job!

They get things done quickly. I was in a line outside the door the day I went in but it was not too long and I was able to complete a return. They are very efficient here!
