Amazing customer service

First of all extremely hard to find. Secondly there are three FedEx is on the road that the main one that we needed to go to was on and the main one was three up so it wasn't the first place I stopped took 5 minutes to figure that out wasn't it the second one I stopped took me almost 10 cuz I couldn't find nobody. When I finally got to the FedEx that I was supposed to be at when I mentioned to him that there was nobody there at the second place and that they had told us that the address was the other they said well I guess the people that told you were wrong. Either way I was good no not a friendly staff and not the direction I would have wanted to go and it just took me all the way up and up and up further. They sit promotions even

Just ok..

Fed Ex delivered my package to the wrong address. The ran an investigation - saying they'd look into it - never located the my package as they handed it to someone else in my apartment complex. ZERO way of contacting the office with the driver who hands off mail to people it doesn't belong to. The person kept my mail - which is a Federal offense but Fed ex simple provides a "refund" to the merchant. There's no way of contacting the local fed ex employees directly - its all done 3rd party and is incredly unprofessional and pointless to even try to find your lost the package - handed off by their staff.

Standard Fed ex practice of helping to label and pack packages was denied due to being a third party.
