Never had a bad experience here. Always have friendly people who do their job. Sounds like some of y’all need to wake up earlier or take accountability for yourselves and show up when they are open lol

Despite the reviews, I had a great first time visit here. Teresa helped me out big time and seemed like she dealt with issues like mine everyday. I had to mail my photos home and she gave me a good tip on how to do it. She even showed me how to tape my package. No complaints about this place. Will be coming back here!

This has been my post office for the last eight years. The service is amazing, we know everyone and they are efficient and easy to work with.

Some people mix up their work with the work at the office next-door at Goodwill package reception and they should not.

Kudos to a great team.

The postal service staff is great! I've never had a problem with this post office. Lines are sometimes long, but that's expected. The goodwill staff however are some of the absolute worst people I have ever done business with and I would highly recommend avoiding them.

Gentleman was kind enough to search through hundreds of packages to find one for my son that I had given up hopes would reach him in time for his birthday, if ever. It appeared lost in the system after weeks of shipping around the country. Thank you sir, your efforts and willingness to go above and beyond are greatly appreciated.

Excellent staff! Been running my ecommerce businesses out of there and never an issue. The workers literally have to teach kids everyday how to mail. Yes, kids these days don't know how to address a letter, where to place a stamp, or how to wrap something for post, sad.

Perfectly fine. Went in grabbed my packaging and sent it off with no problems. I don’t know what the comments are all about. I guess if you know what to do and don’t need help it’s fine haha.

This Post office could not be any worse. It is entirely unorganized and filled with lazy, unmotivated workers. When you come in this location you can feel the self dread and lack of initiative amongst the individuals here. The organization is comparative to that of a 6 year olds room, after they’re done playing with their toys. If you have to use this location, don’t bother buying expedited shipping, because the lack of work ethic these employees have, will push your 1-2 day shipping to 5-7. I’ve had packages get there at 4:30 am, but still not get it until the next day. Also, don’t bother raising any concerns, you’ll be met with excuses and being told “I’ll have to do it later, I don’t have time right now.” I look forward to the day I no longer have to deal with this horrible, toxic, cancerous location.

Tried to pick up my package on a Saturday. Apparently the Post Office is merged with the delivery service, but only the Post Office is open, making my trip pointless. Hours are also extremely inconvenient, with the female manager replying to me that I should “come during my lunch break” the following Monday to pick up my package since liberty doesn’t always drop after school. Very rude, uninviting atmosphere that punishes me for not choosing USPS to deliver.

Consistently losing packages and put the burden on the customer. If they lose your package you are responsible for tracking it down, they take no responsibility.

If you plan on ordering anything from apple, expect it to either be late, lost or sent back. This post office is trash.

The post office closes way too early; I had to ship stuff out, on Saturday, since it was my last weekend here and I got there like 5 minutes after they "closed" and the lady wouldn't let me ship my package out. She instead suggested that I find a way to go to the other post office, which is almost AN HOUR AND A HALF away, just to ship my package out.

Sent a package here worth almost $3k. Package never reached its destination. Investigation found my package never left this post office. Most probably stolen by the worker when I bought an insurance for it for $3k. My claim was not approved even after their investigation. What a sham! Buncha thieves!

I have picked up a package here before because I had the time to do it. I talked to a lady with blue gloves on and she was absolutely against helping me that day until I came back and a gentleman retrieved the package from the back. That was some mo ths ago. Today , I decided that I would do the same thing and I was treated with as much respect as dirt under there shoes. You know, I get that most of the Service members here are a problem for you and your riff raff of staff you have going on, but at least have a shred of decency instead of balking the same story over and over again like its not getting through to me. I had a Petty Officer NMTI behind me and she got even more beligerent with me after she asked for my tracking number. Then proceeded to bad mouth me to the guy as I walked away to check another spot she suggested. I have no respect for this place.
