Christine offers a very comfortable setting combining her Halo Salt therapy and her 2 Hand and Foot detox stations. The amount of heat is totally adjustable and surroundings is quiet and warm for a nice relaxing experience in both the sauna and Hand and Foot detox. Then a brisk walk to her secluded hot tub tops off the adventure. Sort of redirects your thoughts for the day! A boost to your own wellness.

I had a great experience at Ion Life! Christine was so wonderful, personable, and easy to communicate with. I was able to try the deluxe package so I was able to try out 3 different spa services- hot tub, salt domes, and infared sauna. Christine was there to great me, show me around, and alerted me when it was time to change services. There was still an incredible sense of privacy. I loved Ion Life because it didn't feel intimidating like some other spas- the entire space has a feeling of warmth, cleanliness, and is so nicely curated (beautiful furniture, great art on the walls, lovely music playing). I really appreciate being surrounded by such great ambiance- it felt like home in a sense :) I haven't felt that level of relaxation in a LONG while. I cant wait to go back and try the halo/salt sauna!! Highly recommend!

The wood furniture, framed art, photography, and other personal touches create an inviting, familiar feeling space. The warm glow from the many Himalayan salt lamps as well as the propane fireplaces invite you to get comfortable. Loved my experience at Chris' spa! Conveniently located near Watkins Glen and Seneca lake and its' wineries, the spa offers a sauna, hot tub, and salt therapy to promote relaxation and wellness. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys taking time for self care and healing!

I am so glad we now have a wellness spa like this in the Watkins Glen area! I spent a couple of hours here and the word that keeps coming to mind is "bliss." First I spent some time in the salt therapy booth, which is healthy and relaxing. I thought I was going to want to play music, but I just decided to sit and enjoy the quiet. Then I blissed out some more in the massage chairs with the warm hand and foot salt domes. Ahhhhhh.... I didn't try the hot tub this visit, but I'm sure being out in the country looking at the stars in that hot tub with a glass of wine is Bucket List worthy. Christine keeps an immaculate place with special touches and add-ons (charcuterie boards are her claim to fame) to make the most amazing day. The place is very convenient to the wineries, and is available as a special and romantic overnight rental, or when not rented overnight, for your own few hours of bliss. Would be a wonderful honeymoon in the Finger Lakes!

Beautiful, relaxing home-spa like atmosphere. Hot tub was amazing to use after dark! The room with massage chairs and warm himalayan salt rocks for your hands and feet were absolutely wonderful after our drive in. We loved the personal touches- charcuterie board and breakfast foods!! We will be back for sure.

I recommend this place for spa treatment . Infrared sauna is comfortable and has Bluetooth and chromotherapy. Time is adjustable

Only visited their website. It was going to be a spur of the minute treat but couldn't find open/closed times/days and no price structure and where I was had no cell service so I couldn't call. Disappointed.
