We visited this postal center this past Saturday for help obtaining a passport for our toddler and renewal for our husband. We drove close to an hour since this was the only office offering appointments for that day. The gentleman helping us was very patient and made the process stress free. We were so appreciative of his calm demeanor and experience. The office wasn’t busy either.

Postal worker was helpful in determining what was the best way to ship packages and with insuring packages.

Horrible delivery services. My fiancé works from home and is literally home every single day all day. We moved here to Epsom back in January and out of the 3 packages that have been delivered by USPS there has been ZERO attempt to actually get a hold of us to sign for packages. Not only that, but we have on camera the mail person (not going to call anyone out specifically) complaining about having to deliver the packages. We have a screened in porch and they knock very lightly on the outside door of the porch (there’s no way we will hear that) and also have 2 door bell cameras, as well as a driveway camera. I was literally sitting in my living room waiting for a knock on the door or ring of the doorbell waiting to sign and get my package, next thing I know the mail truck is driving away with no knock on the door heard and ZERO ring of either doorbell. No other delivery service has had any problems figuring out how to deliver packages to us, and there doesn’t seem to be any real attempt from USPS to make the deliveries.

Every time we are expecting a package from USPS, the mail carrier leaves a slip in our mailbox saying she couldn't deliver due to animal interference. This is a blatant lie, because I have a camera pointed at our driveway and can see that she never even attempts to deliver our packages. Furthermore, our dogs are never outside unattended. I've been to the Epsom post office twice to address this issue with the post master, but nothing has changed. My girlfriend has also called the post office numerous times and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The fact that a government employee and public servant can get away with continuously lying to avoid delivering a package is infuriating. I've paid some hefty shipping fees to have packages delivered to my house, only to find out I have to drive to the post office to pick them up.

I watched the carrier drive up to my mailbox on 4/29/19, deliver the regular mail and drive off. Then I get an email that says my package wont be delivered because "No Access to Delivery Location". Hah, unreal. I had a clear line of sight to the mailbox from my porch, I saw no obstructions. No rain, snow, ice, fences, gates or wild Chupacabra's barring access to my drive. Oh well, can't win em all.

"Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package. Please contact the carrier to resolve."

Until we can devise and implement a system that can bring our front door to the mailbox/mail carrier vehicle for you, you are going to have to get your lazy a** out of your vehicle and bring the package(s), that are your business to deliver, to the front door of the very customers you are paid to provide such service. These devices and systems will take some engineering to implement. In the mean time, we'll need to know which of the following impediments are the access problem. Is it the grass path, the two granite steps, or the 12' of brick pavers? We know it's not weather related or seasonal issues cause our front door access has been a problem in all possible conditions.

Our mail carrier hasn't been to our apt. Complex in 5 days now. Where is our mail. 12 Apts. No mail in a week I don't think so. Epsom NH

What a disgrace. The people are nasty, poorly trained and outright disrespectful. They have really lost their way and seem to forget they’re supposed to serving their community.
