Rick and Meadow View Gardens have been our go to landscaper for over 30 years. We have never considered anyone else because he is super knowledgeable, creative, punctual and has always done a great job with follow up!!!! Our landscaping has always been beautiful! The last project we had done was a pondless waterfall, rock garden banks and stone stairways. It is SO stunning! We get so many compliments from neighbors and from golfers. We would highly recommend Meadow View Gardens!

Rick and his crew have been doing my landscaping for years. He has always returned my calls promptly and has given me an acceptable time frame for completing the work. I have received many compliments on our landscaping—especially when everything is in bloom. The last two years I have had Meadow View Gardens do a fall cleanup that makes the landscaping look clean and fresh over the winter months.

We are a repeat customer of Meadow View Gardens (Rick & Eric). Rick has many years of experience and offers excellent ideas to solve landscaping problems and add beauty to your property. They have completed many different projects for us that include ground and rock excavation, block wall construction (over 200 linear feet), laying patio pavers (approx. 300 sq.ft.), laying of sod and planting grass seed, flower selection and planting, boulder garden construction (approx. 50 linear feet), water runoff management and tree & stump removal.

Rick and his son put in a paver patio and fire pit for us! Their process is truly an art and the labor is very intense! We absolutely love are backyard now and have referred them to many of our neighbors who have had them do work at their homes too! Beautiful work done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost! Highly recommend!!!😍

The Meadow View Gardens team converted our pond to a pond less waterfall, and we couldn’t be happier! We get to enjoy it longer into the year and the maintenance is so much easier for us to keep up with! Our family and guests enjoy it!

Rick and his son did a remarkable job on a circular fire pit and patio for me and my wife. We are very pleased with the design and craftsmanship. He even incorporated a large rock we have in our backyard, which adds uniqueness to the feature, but doesn't impede on the functionality of the patio. Our grandchildren love to sit on the rock, so we wanted to keep it. Rick even raised it up so it would be aesthetically pleasing. We highly recommend MVG for any of their services. We will definitely be using Rick for a few more upcoming projects. He also took the time to seed and straw all areas of the lawn damaged by equipment, although not extensive.

Rick and his team are great and affordable. He and his team helped design, pick out and recommend plants and trees, and performed the hard work to recreate our entire front yard.

We had new bushes, trees, flowers, replaced landscaping stone with mulch.

They also built the pad for our shed!

Rick, did a fantastic job on my patio and then I called him back the year after and he did some work in my yard to manage the standing water issue I had in my backyard. I also asked him to help me fix my railing on the stairway to my basement where I could not get anyone to come in to fix it since it was a small job. In all my experience dealing with Rick and his crew and company I have to say he is great and if you do not use him for your lawn work then it is your loss

We found Rick to be very knowledgeable and dedicated to his business. He is very good in designing landscaping, and listening to his customer ideas. We love our backyard and looking forward to our new landscaping in our front yard.

Rick cares about his work…

I contacted Rick back in February/ March timeframe to redo the front yard of our home. He said he would be out mid-May to start their work. He said that he is limited on workers which I understand. As the entire country is short staffed. They showed up sometime the end of may without any notice. They pulled a tree from my yard which I agreed to. However, the method of pulling it left chain marks across my front pathway that I now have to fix. In addition to pulling things multiple landscape lights were pulled apart and some broken. They began the work on my yard and then stopped halfway through and began new work on a house that is one street over from me. By this time we are June/ July time frame. Rick drives by my house multiple times and calls me in September about my landscape lights because I complained about them being broken. And if you break it you fix it…. That’s the respectful thing to do. When I acknowledge that we have to wait for his lighting guy to come out in a very aggressive tone he asked me about the landscaping rocks in my driveway. First, that is none of his business and secondly for public knowledge I was just replanting and laying new stone on the side of my house. He again shows up unannounced today to hand me the bill and says he’s going to grab mulch to finish the front of the house….now we are almost into October and he’s still mulching from a job in May. Our front yard is not entirely landscaped just the edge of the house and walkway. How does it take almost 5 months to finish this project. When I confronted him about it, his response was I just can’t get enough people to work. Well…. Easy solution… finish what you start before starting another job that is labor intensive. His ideas are great and he has a lot of knowledge but his professional communication, commitment, and organization of jobs is extremely poor. He never gave me the maintenance instructions over the summer for my plants and trees, but now we are almost in October and he now offers me the maintenance guidelines. The below photos are how my front yard was left. My husband and I had to fix what they tore out.
