I had a really great experience from a very frustrating issue from another carrier. Please never go to Xfinity, breaking up with that company is the worst breakup you’ll ever have. They do not understand customer service at all. They over charge you and sell your private information and violate your federal trade commission consumer rights.

I would like to start off saying that Derek is a superstar. This was hands down the best customer service experience in a Verizon store I have ever had. He is knowledge, professional, considerate, compassionate, intelligent and the list could go on and on, if I had a technical company I would hire him any day. He was patient and provided the best possible care. From the moment I walked in, he pulled up two chairs for my husband and I. He was ready to compassionately do his job. Not only did he help me figure out a complex issue with my old provider but he helped me understand without pressure, that switching to Verizon internet would save us a lot of money and be faster for our triplex we own. Verizon service and internet is five stars when you have people like Derek doing the job. I can’t say enough great things about this guy! We had to stay after closing because our issues were so complex and Xfinity took so long on the phone to help us transfer a number, and I can’t imagine what a pain that was for him. He didn’t allow me to feel this way, he was diligent and stood strong to helping me as a customer and was kind from start to finish.

On another note everyone we encountered the evening of February 21st 2024, was professional and kind, every person working here had a positive attitude and work ethic. This location was very so clean and had every device possible to test out and look at, and they all looked cleaned and the display was awesome. This location is five stars.

I have been a Verizon customer since Verizon's inception. This was the FIRST TIME I had been treated with the outstanding caliber I expect from my wireless phone service company. JAMIE was above and beyond to say the least. He was a perfect gentleman, non-sales oriented, listened to the customer, explained every option I had for increasing my monthly bill, he even looked at my family photos and shared his own.

This young man not only made my day short and to the point of why I came in, he made my second to the youngest granddaughter amazingly happy. I had come in with a phone I just purchased for my granddaughters Christmas gift. He made the process flow so easily.

I believe another reward from Verizon is in order for this young father of two who recently lost his mother. He revealed he had earned two other vacations due to his employee style and I believe his ability to serve me the customer in the manner he did surely deserves some reward for "EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE"!

Employees are very kind and helpful! I thought they closed at 7pm and came in at 6:15 and was there until 6:45. I asked what time they closed and found out they close at 6:00! I felt terrible, but they reassured me that it was no problem and were very professional

Curbside only... That's wierd but whatever... Either way the staff did a good job adding a line was easy online if u know all your log in creds

Radkim was a fabulous associate!! He got us in and out with little wait or issues. He was very courteous and didn’t try to push anything on us like other cell phone vendors. He deserves a HUGE KUDOS for making this the quickest and easiest experience I have ever had at a cellular provider.

I came to this store to get help with an online order through the app that was horrific. I ordered a watch and never received it, I was told that I had signed for it and activated it. David helped me to ensure that the order was deactivated. He was very helpful and offered me the same deal for the same price. I ended up buying one from him because he was very apologetic for my experience and wanted to make things right.

I went in to discuss switching phone plans and Bianca Alverio did a wonderful job answering all of my questions. I’m sure I’ll be back soon

We switched my elderly father from AT&T to Verizon and the man who worked with us at this store was so helpful and friendly. Since then my father has had trouble remembering how to use his phone. He visits the store frequently and they continue to help him. I greatly appreciate their patience and continued good service since I don’t live nearby to be able to help him.

Dawson is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The best service you could ask for. He will make sure to help you in any possible way. Highly recommend asking for him!

I never actually visited here for the purpose that anyone else would. My car broke down on a date only place close was the Verizon store. So I rolled into their parking lot and parked my car there. I asked the management if I could leave my car there just for a little bit of time till I can get it taken care of. He said yes that's fine. Long story short they kept their word on my car being safe in their hands. So thanks everyone at this particular Verizon store.

I had a fantastic customer service representative, Greg. Very nice, helped me find what I needed, had a plethora of knowledge, and did what he could for me. Had a very easy time transitioning from Cricket to Verizon. I even got to keep my phone number.

Excellent customer service today from Brandon. Best I've ever received in that store. He was super polite and very helpful... He even prepped my defective phone for shipping and told me where to go to drop off.

I was with AT&T all my life. Ever since the old bag phone. I decided to switch to Verizon. It's been the best service I've ever had as far as the phone working anywhere. The customer service has been just as good. No complaints. If you're thinking about switching. Do it. You'll be glad you did.

I have been with Verizon for years, and I had the best experience at this store, Berlin was our guy, and me and my wife are very happy with how everything went. He was professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions, and he helped us out by showing us a Promotion that we didn't even know about! I would recommend this store to anyone, and everyone.
