A great plumbing selection, and there are knowledgeable people to assist, which is definitely not at all stores.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. This is our paint choice and the finished dolly for great grandson.

Clean. Staff is friendly and ready to help in any way they can. Wish prices of lumber would go down though. Lol

Needed carpet glue and the other stores were out. I called and spoke to the guy in flooring and he took the time to go make sure they had and went out of way to help when I got to the store.

Got what I needed, but that didn't stop the friendly staff from offering to help me find anything! I really appreciate the service and help you get at this location!

My 2nd time getting a product at the Dayton Lowe's that wasn't available at the Lowe's in Athens. The Dayton store is smaller but still has a great selection of products as well as having them in stock more often for certain products. I recommend keeping that store in mind when the Athens store is out of stock. The product I was searching for not available in Athens this time were these timers or smart switches for controlling power to lights and other electric devices. Some offer wireless remote control and I especially like the Dusk to Dawn feature. These are not available inside the Lowe's store in Athens but plenty of them to choose from at the Dayton Lowe's store.

Cleanest, best organized, friendliest Lowe's in the greater Chattanooga area. Not as large as some others, but they have all the basic necessities you'd expect to get here.

It was a pleasant experience. Your employee, Harlan, helped us find everything we needed, checked us out and helped us load our materials in our trailer. I would rate him a perfect 10.

Lowes is always a place to shop for almost anything to repair, upgrade, beautify my home. People always helpful, and take you to the product you are looking for, Curbside pickup and electric shopping carts make it convenient for disabled shoppers.

Jesse, the Floor Supervisor in Hardware, needs to be cloned. He went out of his way to try to help us find some pretty obscure items. So friendly and helpful!

What started out as a stressful, urgent shopping trip for a refrigerator turned into a successful purchase, much to the credit of Lowe's Sales Associate Melanie. She was determined to help us find exactly what needed...and she did. THIS is why we shop at our local (Dayton, TN) Lowe's.

This is the MOST organized and friendly home improvement store I have ever been in. Last time I went in, I let an employee know my dog had a chicken allergy. This time Brandon remembered my dog and had duck jerky to give my dog. I was asked if I needed help often. Staff there is very knowledgeable. My plants from there also thrive and are way more affordable than plants purchased elsewhere

Great selection of plants! Way more than my home store and way more organized. Employees were nice too so that's a plus!

Typical store but that's good. They had many more tool bags and belt options than I've ever seen. I was able to mimic about 90% of a Diamondback model for about 1/8th of the cost. I love the bag I got. It's the only one I've seen with a small pocket deep enough to hold my chalk line AND my measuring tape. 👍🏻👍🏻

While doing some major home improvements this is the hardware store, we use to get everything we needed. While shopping here for about six months or more everyone treated us great. Some mornings we were there so early we always catch the employees daily meeting. Jason a manager was always courteous and Jerry from electrical very helpful. Others were too as well but unfortunately I can't remember all the names. Thanks to all the staff, appreciate and satisfy shopping here.

I’m not sure what his name was but he helped my wife and I with purchasing concrete. He came to us and asked if we needed any help and then put the concrete in the car for us.

Kudos go out to a gentleman by the name of Phillip who works in the paint department! Phillip is a very knowledgeable paint expert. I've been in the paint department many times over the past months and have asked Phillip more questions than I care to mention. I've asked paint questions concerning types of paint, brushes, rollers, mini rollers, chemicals, sand paper, stains, repair patches, caulking and paint sprayers which I did purchase based on his knowledge. When I ask Phillip questions there in no hesitation when he responds. When I ask where a particular item i located in the paint department, he takes me directly to said item. I typically ask for recommendations and he has been more than helpful. Phillip is a true professional and completely focused on the customer! I am the type of person who knows good customer service is very important to the business. Phillip always puts his product knowledge to good use. I will continue to business with Lowe's in Dayton and share my positive experiences with others.

My trip inside the store today was fantastic I got asked three separate times if somebody could help me and each time they did.
