Time After Time

The young lady behind the counter knew more about my watch than I did! She graciously changed the battery for me and even told me some of the history behind the movement and how it works. After years of it just sitting in my jewelry box, I am back to wearing it every day! So glad my husband suggested we bring it in. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I have gone to Time After Time for watch shopping, sizing, and battery replacements! Each time we have gone there, we have dealt with Maria who is hands-down, or shall I say "wrists" down, the absolute best! Maria is wonderful! She goes out of her way to get what you need accomplished, she's extremely personable, and she gets the job done! Just today, I went to the store to get a watch sized and there was an issue with one of the pins in my watch links. After explaining how I needed the watch for Sunday and that it was my only day out to get the watch sized, she stopped at nothing to make it possible for me to leave with it. Overall, this place is great! We love Maria! She made my day today! THANKS MARIA! You are awesome!

I’m very happy to have done business at Time After Time. The representative gave me directions to the establishment very clearly and patiently, as well as took care of my issue with my watch, which happens to be one of my favorites. I highly recommend it.

As always maria provides great service! Been going here for years she did a watch battery replacement and water seal on 2of my watches and sold me my new favorite watch at fantastic deal....thank you!

Went to get my watches battery replaced & resealed guy who did it was quick & also informed me that my watch's band was breaking & that I should make sure to glue it if I didn't want to get a new watch. Overall It was definitely worth the drive & will be sure to return the next time my watch needs service.

Went in because l was looking for a Luminox watch.. The woman whos name l don't recall was awesome very helpful not pushy which is HUGE with me..She even took off 20% or so if l remember right and it was not even on sale at the time..l'd go back in a heart beat if l needed a watch or watch repair

Lightening fast service. Went in to replace a pin that separated from my watch. They fixed it within 30 seconds, no charge and answered all my question. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Thank you!

Overall I had good experiences here at this store. I bought several time pieces from them before. The only negative was a Casio G- Shock watch that I knew that I wanted to look at, when I turned the watch over to look at the back, it had a scratch on it. I advised the sales rep and he took off 30% right away. I feel that if the watches are closely looked at, don’t try and sell something full price unless it’s leaving in perfect condition the way it left it’s manufacturing facility.
