We called Perry and he came right out and gave us an estimate to get a new liner in our inground pool. He then quoted us a price and we had him order the liner. Once the liner came in, he replaced the old. He was amazing, professional, very neat and tidy. Perry respected our property and keep his area clean. Perry did an amazing job and the liner was put in perfect. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs pool repairs done.

Perry has put in all the new liners we needed over 30 years of owning the pool. He took care of a liner that pulled out over the winter and of course any other maintenance needed. His
work is always quality and fees are reasonable. He takes very good care of our needs. He is a hard working and genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

We have used Perry for over 10 years. He's done everything from put in a 28 foot above ground pool in our old home to to putting a new liner in our in ground pool, putting a new pump in for us and installing a winter cover. His prices and professionalism are amazing! He opens and closes our pool every year and we have never had an issue with response time or pricing! As long as he's around, we will never use anyone else!

Wow where do I begin?   Guy has a shallow attitude to begin with!  Last year I found this guy locally and asked him to come give me an estimate for my pool repair.  He came and told me I need a new liner and pump and claims he did the initial install on this liner 10 yrs ago and the prior owners didnt want to pay him for the job.   I asked if I could pay him to do the measurements of my pool so I could order the specific liner myself and he refused.  So I went and got a second opinion as anyone would.    I reached out to Perry to see if he could help us get the pool cover and he couldnt remember who I was or which pool I was talking about then dropped the conversation with no response. Needless to say, we went and hired the second opinion for the liner job just in time for winter.  Then spring comes and I accidentally come across Perry again and Now he remembers who I am while talking about needing the pump so I give him a 2nd chance and opportunity to help us..  He gives me the price for pump and labor and set the appointment and says he accepts cash or credit with extra credit charge.

I thought it would help to shoot him some pictures of my system incase he needed any extra parts like a gasket or anything.  He responds with the strangest response that he is coming to simply install a pump and I must have cash in full upon delivery.   Guess credit wasn't an option anymore for whatever reason.  so I make it clear to him that I am hiring him to do the job and make sure the pool is up and running properly and fully functional, not just a pump install.

We had an 8:30am appointment and he doesn't show up till around 2pm. We informed him that we have pets and livestock and to please keep the gate closed behind him but he couldn't even respect that wish as we had to run out there at least 5 times to close the gate to the pool.  at one point he pulled the plug on the filter and lets water dump all over the inside of my poorhouse while my boyfriend and I scramble to contain the water from going everywhere.    Not sure where his head was on that one. Then he shows me a piece that he broke and 2 replacements where one wasn't even installed properly and I was warned to be careful with it, only to view over 12 different replacements pieces being charged on the receipt along with double labor charge.
Then this guy has the balls to tell me that I am "a difficult person" all because I questioned the double labor charge.   what was pitched at around $440 estimate, turned into well over $600 with no input about this during the install for just some some elbow piping and double charging.
Looking back, I am not surprised the prior owners of this home did not want to pay this guy for his work and I am not surprised the pool liner was in such terrible condition when we purchased this home.
Guy is a joke!  Doesn't look you in the eye, doesnt like to answer your questions or help you understand your system if you are a new home owner, doesnt respect your rules of your home like simple closing a gate behind him, says one thing then says another, can't get straight answers from him, has a fear of recommending anything for liability and can't even show up on time.   Very unprofessional and my husband even had to step in and put this guy in his place when he heard the way I was being ripped off.
He wouldn't last 2 seconds in a big city doing business like this.
