I found Carol to be quite responsive to my initial inquiry, and was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Carol and her environment are professional and calming. Most importantly, I left with substantial relief from my chronic neck tension.

Carol is the real deal. Her knowledge is incredible and I actually enjoyed her explaining everything as we went along. It's hard to find someone so well versed in both eastern and western styles as well as energetic healing. I look forward to my next massage and highly recommend her.

Well worth the money! I have been coming to HeartGlow for years and the quality of the massage always surpasses my expectations. As a 6'3" weightlifter and martial arts practitioner, I can really develop knots and tension in my back, neck, and shoulder muscles. Carol is always able to relieve the tension and dig into the knots to get them to release. I feel like a new person every time. I will never go anywhere else for a massage!

I have had multiple massages at other places and found this one far better than the rest. Therapist was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and health issues before discussing how they would proceed. The massage was thorough and at my comfort level. In my opinion , was it worth the eighty dollars for an hour… No.. sweet older lady. I give her that. Has knowledge in the craft. But does not have the hand strength for what I needed. I filled out a form on specific areas I wanted to touch upon, especially the shoulder. Even choose the box for a firm massage. No areas were touched upon and no firmness was applied to the back. Let alone any area. I left in the same pain in my shoulder and back as I came in with. You know, maybe if I was in my seventies and had insurance that paid for a melodic rub down then I wouldn’t mind it but if you are looking to get knots out , this is not the place for you
