Maryland Carpet & Tile is hands down the best flooring company you can find in the area. They worked on removing carpets in my family room, dining room, upstairs hallway, and the staircase then installing the hardwood floors, hardwood staircase and a carpet runner as well for my house. I already had hardwood floors on some parts of the house, so it was even harder to match the design, type of wood, and the color so it doesn’t look so obvious and different but they did it, and did it very well. They were also very responsive and detail-oriented professionals. Especially Brett, he was phenomenal at communicating consistently to check on the status of the installation and if there are any dissatisfaction or issues, he addressed it quickly in order to fix the issue. Overall job well done, I love it!! Thank you Maryland Carpet & Tile!

Brett and his team did an excellent job. They completely removed and dispose of the water damaged engineered hardwood floor and shoe molding in our condo's dining room / kitchen.During the work, they protected our kitchen and cleaned it thoroughly. Wilfredo appeared very professional while installing the new LVT. I would confidently recommend Maryland Carpet & Tile to others.

I just had the stair runner/carpet replaced by Maryland Carpet & Tile. We are loving it! Amazing quality, both workmanship and products! Michael and Tim were very caring, nice to work with and helped us a lot with selecting the right carpet. The two guys who installed it were very professional and courteous. We bought carpeting, luxury vinyl and new hardwood from Maryland Carpet and Tile as well as had them refinish the existing hardwood floors. Our rep, Brett guided us through the whole process from choosing the products to installation, answering all the questions we had and was very attentive to our needs. The installation crew was fantastic. I doubt you can get this level of service and expertise from a National chain.

We worked with Maryland Carpet and Tile to add new hardwood flooring, refinish existing hardwood, and replace carpeting. The floors look beautiful! Our project manager Brett was knowledgeable, polite, and responsive to our inquiries. The installation crews arrived on time, did a great job, moved and repositioned furniture, and cleaned up at the end of each shift.

We had carpet installed by MD Carpet & Tile in 2022 and had a wonderful experience! They are personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and help guide you to exactly what you need and want, without taking advantage of you! The installation was fast, clean, and reliable. Due to unforeseen water damage, we had MD Carpet & Tile return two years later for repair and they were extremely considerate of our damage and budget. Brett and his team (Alexis and a partner) were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked diligently and clean-up after themselves every night. Having heard some stories of other companies, I was concerned about the amount of dust that would linger. Happy to report - little dust lingered in the house! Regarding the work, I had some custom concerns around my island in the kitchen, and I did not want any ¼ round molding. There was a concern that they may not be able to accommodate. However, Alexis did a fantastic job (see pix). In the end, Brett and team exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them!

Recently had all the carpet in my home replaced with LVP, and I thought it was going to be a nightmare of a project but thank goodness for Tim and his great team who made everything go as smoothly as possible! We compared several vendors in the area, and Maryland Carpet & Tile were by far the most responsive and also the most reasonably priced.

It did take some time to get the material since it was during the holidays, but as soon as that was done, Tim was able to schedule the installation, which was completed in just 3 days, plus an extra 2 days to sand and stain the stairs! After everything was done we noticed there were some areas that needed touchups, and Tim was there to make sure everything was taken care of. We couldn't be happier with our new floors!

Phenomenal experience, enjoyed working with everyone but was particularly impressed with our installers “Sergio” & “Saul” who are wood artisans. The process started with a site visit by Tim who diligently took measurements and provided a gameplan where we would be able to seamlessly blend in the additional wood floors (downstairs office and upstairs hallway) with the existing maple. Sophia was a pleasure to work with both in setting up the initial site visits, keeping us informed while our wood was on order, to follow-up after the job. Sergio and Saul were diligent in matching the new wood floors with existing, meticulous in the installation and flawless in cleanup – what a team!

Floors look spectacular! We have had the most pleasant experience from beginning to end. Employees were knowledgeable and welcoming at the showroom and equally as kind and professional throughout the installation process. They definitely earned their 5 star rating from me for customer service and attention to detail!

Maryland Carpet & Tile refinished our entryway, re-carpeted two large bedrooms, our upstairs landing and stairs, and our family room and great room. Everything looks fabulous! The work on the stairs is particularly commendable. Formerly, the detail of the stairs was not apparent. They did it right. We highly recommend them. Top notch professional staff.

Last week we had our hardwood floors sanded and refinished by Maryland Carpet & Tile and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. Wow, what a difference. Another plus, we were able to schedule the work to be done while we were away on vacation.

Then we scheduled our kitchen floor to be replaced with Luxury Vinyl tile. That work was scheduled for the first week in March, but I got a call from Sophia saying they could start the work early on Feb 23 if we wanted. We said yes and they were here promptly on the 23rd, and just finished up today, the 24th. The kitchen floor also came out great.

It was great dealing with Michael, Timothy, and Sophia in the office. They were always quick to get back to me and everything was completed as planned. We are now looking to have some rooms upstairs outfitted with new carpet and we are going to have them do that work too. Also, the crews that did the work were on time, did the work in a professional manner, were polite, and cleaned everything up really well. Thanks to Brett, Anthony, Nelson, and Will.

We were so pleased with all the work done by Maryland Carpet and Tile. They came highly recommended to us and we were not at all sorry for choosing them to do the work on our bathroom. They will give you an incredibly fair price compared to other contractors and yet they did not cut any corners at all.

The quality of their work was superb, and if there was ever something that needed attention, they took care of it until we were happy -- even small things like when we said the faucet handles weren't perfectly straight. We had them swap out the bathroom fan twice because we weren't completely happy with it. They NEVER complained or showed impatience. We are so, so, so pleased with how our little bathroom came out. We had a small 50's era bathroom, still with the original blue tile and blue bathtub. It was badly in need of an update!

As other reviews have mentioned, I must say that working with Michael, the owner, was a true pleasure. He is a local guy and a family man. We never felt pressured when we were still in the decision-making process. Even before we ever signed a contract, he spent hours with us talking about our different choices, including staying past their showroom closing time to talk with him. He never showed irritation even though I feel like most people would have. If anything, Michael pressured us to take our time! He wasn't looking for a quick deal and always wanted to make sure we were happy. I can't tell you the number of emails, phone calls, visits, and texts I had with Michael. He bent over backwards to help us and make this project happen. Thank you, Michael!

We also used MC&T about 12 years ago when we moved in and needed carpet and laminate flooring. We have never had a problem with this company and we would definitely do business with them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Maryland Carpet and Tile! From the moment that I contacted them through e-mail about having my kitchen floor redone, they were responsive and helpful. I worked with Timothy Cooper, and he was extremely helpful with each step, from coming over to give me an estimate to recommending which type of flooring to use to checking on the work as it was being completed. They were very flexible in setting up a time to complete the work as well. The work was also completed in such a timely matter. And it looks beautiful! I am so pleased! I would highly recommend this amazing company!

Start to finish, amazing experience. From the beginning, they were quick to reply to emails, and gave us rough estimates with the information we provided, even though we weren't yet able to have them measure the space. From there, they walked us through every step and option, helping us decide which part of the house to work on, and which material to choose. All of the staff we interacted with were great, and Tim, our point person, was incredible. They gave us a number of estimates for our potential projects, completed the work quickly and thoroughly, and the end result looks fantastic and has earned us a lot of compliments. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat. We were originally going to get more than one quote for the project, but their initial customer service was such that we didn't feel a need. Hire them - you won't regret it!
