I've worked with Jose Martinez on two kitchen renovations, one in DC and one in Maryland. He worked within my budget and always advised me on choices that would bring value to my projects. He was always friendly and followed up regularly to let me know about new information or delivery updates. He also was patient with the changes I made to the plans and I walked away feeling really happy with the layout each time. He provided excellent customer service and I recommend Jose if my friends are looking for someone to help with their kitchen renovation.

I went to buy one board, and they treated me like a big contractor. Super service. I was quite pleased.

After a botched order from another national big-box hardware company, we went to Barron's to help us out in a fix. Barron's was great and delivered the next day. They were ON it! Great customer service, great product, fair prices. Lesson learned, shop local!

I mostly order or buy materials for framing and finish work. So much easier, and better, than tw perry. And if you are a diy type, MUCH better than HD, lowes.

Shop local, and get better prices! No need to head to HD, or Lowes, the staff here, and selection, are second to none!

When our Church was renovating our new space and building our stage, I got a few quotes from a handful of places, and not only was Barron's the cheapest, they took the time to find the right wood for us, didnt rush off the phone with me, and were right around the corner which was amazing!

We have been their customer for deck lumber when our house was built in 1999. Then we went back for Trex to re-surface the same deck.

This year I found that Barrons is not just for lumber.

I recently renovated my bathrooms, July 2020, and I ordered vanity cabinets through Barrons. They have many makers to choose from including Wolf, which is in PA.

In March I went to Barrons and Josh Sigmon was the one who worked with me. Very pleasant guy and a resourceful person to work with.

Both cabinets were custom color orders. They arrived during the thick of Covid in April.

By then Covid put my project on hold, so Josh arranged for the vanities to be stored at Barrons.

In June there is a lull in the pandemic so we decided ""now or never" and restarted the renovation.

Before the instatation we discoverd that the doors of one vanity were warped so I called Josh who was quick to arrange for replacements.

Mind you the color has to be custom orderd 2 weeks in advance, but Josh was on the ball. We got the replacement doors with time to spare.

Then the installer found a nick at the end of a pannel, deep enough to be seen but not enough to puncture. May be accident in the warehouse?

Any way, things happened.

But what do we do? We have to install otherwise the work would be delayed. 2 weeks!

Don't worry, this story has a happy ending.

I called Josh as soon as I found out which is late in the day. He listened attentively and came up with a perfect solution.

He suggested that he would order a decorative door panel to put on the side of the cabinet. Great solution!

This way we could go ahead and install the cabinet then install the decorative door later to cover the nick.

The moral of the story is
during construction or renovations things can go wrong.

Working with good professionals, like Josh, who know their "stuff" made a big difference. They can turn potential disaster into a meer inconvenience.

Barrons is a keeper not just for lumber and hardware, they do great with kitchens and cabinets too.

Great place that offers many different profiles in mouldings you don't find in the box stores. Whether you are a tradesman or homeowner, Barron's offers a lot.

This is a great lumber yard you can special order almost anything for building or remodeling here the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly you get in and get out fast so you can get back on the job and keep working

Working with this company makes our lives so much easier, Mike Zorbach will go above and beyond to find all materials that we need, highly recommend it!

Barrons is always great, a lot better than tw perry , but need to train a little more the workers they are very young and help them to serve little more faster but I'll give 5 stars

By far the best lumber store in MoCo , their sale force is very knowledgeable , fear and square .
Now , their new store at Rockvilke with " a guy named Jorge & his team" is a gem ! : great parking and load zone , beautiful new installations and an unique concept : price and products are best ratio .

Company in self have good reputation no matter what happen there is 3 locations Manassas VA, Gaithersburg MD and Brand New Loc at Rockville MD ( Rockville location is not longer in service) was up for a year or so

Good place to find all kind of lumber (with delivery) and building tools.

Staff was extremely helpful with obtaining product information and samples in addition to helping choose a front door.
