I shop a great deal on line and so have many packages to return. The person there is always smiling and helpful no matter how bad the weather is when she comes to pick up my packages ( I cannot easily walk and need 2 canes to do so.) I appreciate the warm yet professional atmosphere.

Just dropped off some packages to ship at Guerneville’s new shipping store and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They also offer other services such as packing, shipping via all the major carriers, mailbox rentals, copying, scanning, faxing, printing and a notary service.

I know I speak for a lot people when I say that I am really glad to have them here.

Small, efficient, and personable

Sent 1 bottle of wine to Virginia the Thursday before Christmas. $60 shipping fee. Found out today from UPS the shipment was cancelled... never picked up. Phone at the Guerneville office rings and rings and rings. Don't go anywhere near this place.
